Sunday mornings I often find some time for simploring. This time I did the trip to the countryside. A really beautiful piece of Second Life. Dicky (dick.spad) did a great job. He describes his sim like this:
“Countryside is a area I created thats a quiet place to enjoy the wildlife and the peace & tranquility of nature. It is open to the public and it’s dedicaced to sl photographers.. Please respect others while here and have fun!! Clothing is optional“.
Looking at his profile you’ll notice that Dicky loves nudity, so why should he forbid it on his own land?
As Inara writes in her blog entry about this sim “A trip to the Countryside in Second Life” it is amazing how Dick melted the sim surround with the sim itself. You can seemingly notice no end, your view is not limited and the sim boarder is soft and natural. At one corner of countryside Dick has his private edge, a big house nicely embedded into the nature. Two bikes in front of the house hint about another passion of Dick. I overstepped the fence one time (sorry for that!!) and a nice message popped up, that I am trepassing and should respect his privacy, what I did of course.
Beside the great views (it remembered me again about this song “Into the great wide open“), there’s a farm and many many spots to sit and to cuddle, to enjoy the peace that radiates from this piece of Second Life. Thank you Dick for providing your sim to the public. I really enjoyed the hour that I spent there.
