Diary 2022 (96) July 12th/13th Addictions

Tuesday, July 12th, I was not inworld during the day. When I came online at night I found messages from slave Holly. She suffered from uncontrolled trembling and shaking due to my absence. And after more time she couldn’t see names anymore or other avatars – poor addicted slave girl. I need to test this pill a bit more. Obviously I have to set the strength before I give it out…. more tests to come…. or as slave Holyl would call it: all for the science 🙂

Mistress Jenny came inworld soon after me and we caught up with our news quickly. Then we met with Sakura who was waiting for us. I added our script to the last RR item of her.
Flo came inworld and we played two rounds of skipee with her. And while we played slave Holly and slave Alessi came inworld and watched us playing. Flo left as it was laready past Flotime and we went to Carnal Intentions with slave Holly and slave Alessi for the rest of the night. I gave slave Holly a milder pill, we will see how this one works out. We chatted and had a relaxed night. Time went by quickly once again

July 12th: Mistress Jenny and Diomita at Carnal Intentions with slave Alessi and slave Holly

Wednesday, July 13th, Mistress and I had 2 hours of togetherness in the afternoon. Mistress told me about her longer chat with Kitty, who is preparing for another adventure – as a biodoll! We will see about that.
Mistress and I stayed at Puerto Esclava and later at club Domme a Domme. Argi showed up there and as always she managed to initiate a bit of main chat. Faye (Boy Serenity) showed up and knelt by our feet for a while, decorating us very well. Overall we spent 90 minutes at Puerto Esclava and club Domme a Domme. It was great just to be with Mistress and to chat with her, very relaxed and yet also being excited of what we have. We desire each other. Appropos desire … Mistress took me to our loft skybox and made me lick her. She got an intense orgasm and I got my fix. Thank you, Mistress Jenny

July 13th: Mistress Jenny and Diomita at Puerto Esclava, at club Domme a Domme with Faye and together at home

I ran late at night due to my RL. Mistress Jenny and Flo were playing skipee and Ebony was watching. the game ended soon after my arrival. Ebony left and slave Holly came inworld, right in time for a game as teams. It was a close game … and just the right thing to do when you come in-world late and a bit tipsy. This way I could talk with all and catch up. slave Holly and Iwon the game by 3 cards.
Flo left after the game and Mistress took me and slave Holly to club DeLust afterwards. We stayed there until it was time to retreat. We chatted a bit amoung us and otherwise just enjoyed closeness.

Thursday, June 9th, I had an hour in-worl in the later morning. I visited Grauland again as JimGarand had told me that he has it was remodeled it. I had a nice simploring tour (read here).
I returned in the afternoon. slave Luci was in-world and I took her with me to clubd Domme a Domme and later to club DeLust where we met Dely (krysbia) and one of her slaves. I had a few chats and spend a relaxed hour. slave Luci decorated me very well.

My night began with a skipee with Flo and playing another round with Flo and slave Holly

I took Flo and slave Holly to Psi’s realm after the skipee and I tied them up and restricted both. After Flo had left for bed, I went home with slave Holly as I had to pee. slave Holly had to clean me afterwards and she did well, hence I allowed her to continue and I ahd a lovely orgasm. Generous as I am, I allowed slave Holly to rub herself against my boot afterwards. No surprise that my boot got a particular shine *winks. Finally I took slave Holly with me to club Domme a Domme to wind down a bit before it was time to go to bed.

Friday, June 10th, I went on another simploring tour in the later morning Mistress was absent. I visited “Wind RIver”, a Wild West sim, and had fun exploring it (read more here).
I returned in the afternoon and spent an hour at club Domme a Domme. Dely was there and we had a nice chat .. and slave Luci joined us. I used the time while being at club Domme a Domme to change into the colour for our Firday night party. Mistress and I had fixed the theme already a few days ago: “It’s another Friday .. another party .. another time to have fun starting our weekend. Yesterday was World Rioja Day …. so wear something red or dark purple … or come as you are (even naked) to celebrate the start of the weekend with us. DJ Virgo is spinning the tunes.”

June 10th: Diomita at club Domme a Domme with Dely and slave Luci

At night I was inworld early enough to play a round of skipee with Flo and Luci. We just finished in time for our party. And the party was fun as every Friday. Mistress Jenny returned from her short family trip and joined us soon after we began. The weekend could start.

In the “Backflash” series I select an old entry once a month and present it here. This way I force myself to browse in the archive and to fresh up a few of the many memories. For our readers the series shall provide an insight into our Second Life without reading back the many posts and it might also give reason to browse through the archives.
For June 2022 I selected two posts:
The first is the diary post from May 31st, 2017, so about five years old. It is titled “Mine”. I was enjoying a green light as Mistress Jenny’s 9th collaring anniversary was coming up.
The second post is a diary post “Diary 2017 (93) June 5th – 11th: with my property”, published June 15th, 2017. In that post I summarized 6 days when we both were not that much inworld and I was still enjoying being in control. In that post expressed my possessiveness about Jenny.
A lot has happened in the meanwhile. Our journey continued. Mistress Jenny enslaved me and marked me as her slave, her Ehesklavin. Her tattoos have been modified as well. But Mistress Jenny is still my wife and my Mistress, something I am very proud of – and I am still very possessive about her.

Diary 2017 (90) May 31st – Mine (June 8th, 2017)

Wednesday, May 31st, I took my property Jenny, aka. Mine, to Bondage & Storage Project in the afternoon so that she could please me in two ways, first of all, I enjoyed her tongue to the fullest and then I tried out a nice bondage hook using Mine as a model. I think the result is very nice.

At night I started at home in our dungeon and began to get a bit more familiar with the new Mistress Chair. We had placed a copy in our dungeon (the other one is on our skybox). Mine had to lick my boots and she did well. Then I put a RF hood on Jenny’s head, pulled it tight and added some restrictions and we began a little tour exposing her at Mesmerize Dungeon first and then at Heavy Bondage Club.

May 31st: Scenes of a varied night

Cow Kitty came inworld and joind us. We also met an old friend, Vanilla Meili, who showed us her latest combination of clothing including a metal hood with a lockable front shield and a golden corset with spikes, quite an individual cmposition of clothes and restraints. Once again, we finished our night at club DeLust before I stored Mine in the annex of our private skybox.

We had another varied day and I enjoyed being in control (as it should be *winks*)

Diary 2017 (93) June 5th – 11th: with my property

While Jenny is on vacation and our slaves are not often present due to various reasons (read also here) our Second Life was quiet and there’s not that much to report and to save for our diary. I spent my nights with my property, with shopping, playing chess inworld, with simploring and with a bit of roaming around. I was absent myself due to RL obligations between Friday, June 9th and Sunday, June 11th. When Jenny was online, we spent most of our time chatting and catching up and I enjoyed having her at my feet. I admit, that I get used to be in control again and I enjoy it to the fullest. I am and will always be very possessive about Jenny, about my property, Mine. And that is what I want to save for the diary.

Art in Second Life 2022 (58) “Body Language / The invisible woman” by Wicked Eiren

Dido Haas invited me to visit “Body Language / The invisible woman” by Wicked Eiren. The exhibition is shown in the annex to the Nitroglobus Roof gallery, the space that Dido has dedicated originally to display her own art but that is also used to feature the art of other artists every once in a while.

This is the first time Wicked Eiren is showing her work at an SL Art Gallery. It is an intriguing and very emotional exhibition by Wicked who with these images asks for acknowledgement of/attention for her situation, and that of many others in the world who are suffering from Central Sensitivity Syndromes (CSSs), an umbrella term which houses a series of complex chronic diseases like myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), fibromyalgia, and many more. Wicked Eiren is from Wales and lives in Canada nowadays. She’s in Second Life since 2009. She wrote in the accompanying notecard, that her challenge is to make SL photography look like RL photography with the help of digital elements. And looking at the showcasted monochrome pictures of “Body Language / The invisible woman” I can confirm that she succeeded. Chapeau!
Wicked has a flickr account as well as a website.

“What was once a vibrant beautiful engaging woman who’s passion was dancing, now hides from a world which has no understanding of this disease.
People only see “you look normal on the outside” no one knows who I was before this disease took me. You cover your body and start to shield it from light, touch, sound, and movement…eventually love!
You try to join the living and put on a face for others, but the cycle repeats after you return home, the inner scream your body rebels and no one can see the pain inside, never knowing if or when you overdo. Receiving remarks as ”you look fine” or ‘it must be in her head’…the stress you battle within and the pain in your limbs.”

The 14 pictures Wicked selected for the exhibition reflect her symptons. For each picture you find a short text in the notecard that you can grab by touching the exhibition poster. But the titles alone explain it already as well. The pictures are just beautiful, an homage to the female body. Lights and shadows are set to perfection and at least for me the pictures are very erotic. Nonetheless with Wicked’s titles the spectator (me) notices another level, an emotion that’s not seen on the first glance but becomes dominating once you know it. You get very aware of the body language. And all of a sudden the pictures tell another story.

The set-up of the exhibition with the light art and the mirroring floor makes Wicked pictures even more intriguing.

Tuesday, June 7th, I met Mistress Jenny in the morning, when I came inworld to do some research for a simploring report. I explored the ground instead and had some time at Mistress Jenny’s feet at Heavy Bondage Club. That was an unexpected bonus time.
We met again in the afternoon and had some trouble teleporting. After a few attempts we visited club Domme a Domme. slave luci joined us there. Later we moved on to Puerto Esclava.

Mistress had some new (adult) landmarks to explore on her list. We left slave Luci and visited a place named Rubber Doll Dungeon & Prison. Mistress tried some of the equipment there, in particular she tried quite some poses of a metal chair with me. The animation were quite extreme, but Mistress did not play them out, hence it was more like doing research. Nonetheless I took one nice (extreme) picture that I will share.

We stayed not more than 10 minutes at the Rubber Doll Dungeon and also hopped to another place, the Ladies Lounge, then it was time to tend to our RL.

Our night developed quite unexpectedly. When we came in-world, Flo wasn’t yet present. slave Luci was at the games tables though. We thought that Flo would come any minutes and played two rounds of Greedy with her. As Flo hadn’t shown up after the two rounds, we went to Carnal Intentions with slave Luci and stayed there for a while. slave Luci crashed and didn#t return for a while – and Flo came in-world.
We returned home and played a skipee with Flo – and slaev Luci returned online and watched us playing.

We had almost finished the skipee when slave Holly came in-world. And she had a visitor on her small plot. The visitor, Chriss Rosca, had been caught by the plant in Holly’s garden. slave Holly helped her and both came to us to the skipee table. And slave Alessi joined us there too. So we were quite a crowd… Mistress Jenny, slave Holly, Flo, slave Alessi, slave Luci, Chriss Rosca and myself. Chriss is a very old friend from our first days in Second Life. We had never seen her visiting us, we see her sometimes at Psi’s realm. And yes, it was her first visit to our home.

We learned that Chriss came to our island because she was participating in a quest from Surrender Cove. Her assigment was: “Find a room with a bright red curtain, 2 stripper poles, 2 human sized golden bird cages, and a bar!”
Well, that’s our Fetisch Club Chez Maurer! Hence we all went to our club and Chriss got her key for the next step in her hunt. we might get more visitors, treasure hunters, visiting our sim. It made Mistress and me and all others smile to know that our home is now part of a quest. Funny!

Flo had to leave for bed. Mistress Jenny and I took slave Holly, slave Luci and slave Alessi to psi’s Realm. It was quite full there and hence we got some entertainment watching what was going on – and chatting amoung us.

At midnight we returned home and said good night to the slaves and retreated to our skybox. Mistress would be on a family trip the next days and hence less available in SL.

Wednesday, June 8th, I went visiting a gallery during my free time. At night I played a skipee with Flo against slave Lucy and slave Lily. slave lily left after the game as she had an early start. I took Flo, slave Luci and slave Holly to our sun terrce and tied them up. We had a little bondage night. I had fun teasing the slaves.

After Flo had left for bed I released both slaves. I had to pee. I locked and leashed slave Luci next to the toilet cube so that she could watch, then I used slave Holly as my personal toilet. And after that little scene I went to Carnal Intentions with the slaves, just to wind down for a bit before we all had to leave for bed.

Simploring 2022 (12) Sainte Rose sur Mer & BarDeco

After my visit to Frogmore Summer 2022 & Finnygook Cove (read here) I had a nice chat with Dandy Warhlol (Terry Fotherington), who designed and landscaped Frogmore. I have come across sims, that were designed by Dandy, quite often, just search the blog for “Terry Fotherington”. Dandy is quite active and renowned for his sim designs.

Dandy asked me if I saw his own sim already: Sainte Rose sur Mer & BarDeco. I had not and I went there right the next day.

Sainte Rose sur Mer & BarDeco: bird-eye view / orientation map / at the landing point

Sainte Rose sur Mer & BarDeco “is a small french village where you can relax by the sea and listen to the best second life Djs in BarDeco“. This landmark description fits very well.
Sainte Rose sur Mer & BarDeco is built on a parcel with a capacity slightly above that of a homestead. It is a showpiece of what can be built even with limited prims.

I started my visit at the BarDeco. The entrance is right you where you land. The bar is located in a large backyard. It has enough space for smaller events and of course a lovely bar. They serve quite big drinks there *winks*. Leaving the bar on the other side leads you to a cosy and romantic oasis of silence where you can watch the waterfall and just relax.

I continued my simploring tour walking up and down the street where I landed. It is a typical street of a small town in Southern France, offering places to sit, just picturesque. I only missed a few elderly people playing boule. I’ve been to Southern France very often, small towns really look like this. I simply enjoyed the views.

Quite typical are the small backyards and places to sit and relax. Life is happening not inside but outside in front of the doors or in backyards that offer shade and are a bit cooler. I found quite some place to sit and watch. Dandy decorated Sainte Rose sur Mer very well, he has an eye for details.

The main attraction of Sainte Rose sur Mer is the promenade along the beach, a jewel for tourists. You can literally smell the sea and immerse into a small short trip to South France. There’s a cinema, a café, a pizzeria (look also inside) and a light house on one end. And there’s the beach of course.

What is missing to make it perfect? Yes, artists that paint the idyllic scene and sell their pictures to tourists. You find them at the other end of the promenade. From there you also have a great view over the whole promenade and the beach.

Sainte Rose sur Mer is lovely place in Second Life to take a time-out, to dream and to enjoy yourself. It offers lots of places to sit and many great backdrops for taking pictures. It’s also a perfect showcase of sim design. I did enjoy my short trip (and took quite some pictures)!

Diary 2022 (78) June 5th/6th Jenny’s 14th collaring anniversary inworld / the end of my green light

Sunday, June 5th, was Jenny’s 14th collaring anniversary. Being still in control I had made some plans for my last hours in control. The green light was supposed to end at night. But sometimes things don’t work out as planned. When I met Mistress in the afternoon, she didn’t have really time to stay inworld due to her RL (and RL is always first). Hence I took Jenny to our skybox loft, we caught up with our news. Then I leashed her gagged and blindfolded and she left to tend to her RL.
When I returned at night Jenny was already waiting for me. I asked her to change into the dress, that we bought for her as an anniversary present, then I took her with me to club Domme a Domme. I had fun to control her a last time ….
slave Luci came by. She had changed her outfit again as she was unhppy with her June outfit. I approved her choice. But having Mistress and her at my feet was wrong and my time in control was up anyway. Hence I returned home with Jenny and ended my green light. It was hard to end it! I really did enjoy it a lot.

When slave Holly came inworld we, Msitress Jenny and slave Luci, slave Holly and I, played a skipee as teams first. slave Holly shared her present to Mistress Jenny with me.
The game was close and hence it was fun. Dely (krysbia) came by to congratualte Jenny. And Faye (Boy Serenity) joined us while we played.

June 5th – Mistress Jenny’s 14th collaring anniversary: Mistress Jenny and Diomita at Carnal Intentiosn with slave Holly, slave Alessi, slave Luci and Faye

After the game we went to Carnal Intentions, where slave Alessi joined us. We chatted amoung us and I tried to wind down from being in control. Later we moved to Psi’s realm. Kitty joined us there. We really had a full family night to celebrate Mistress Jenny’s anniversary.

June 5th – Mistress Jenny’s 14th collaring anniversary: Mistress Jenny and Diomita at psi’s realm with slave Holly, slave Alessi, slave Luci and Kitty / Jenny gets her anniversary spanks

After we had returned home and had said good night to the slaves – something was still missing for a collaring anniversary. Jenny got 14 spanks from me – and she remembered the rules for that. That did really make me smile!

Monday, June 6th, everyday life began again for me in Second Life and for Mistress in RL as the 4-day celebrations for the queen’s jubilee had ended. Mistress was still wearing the body from the night before when we met in the afternoon. I still felt some kind of strength but Mistress destroyed all hopes in that direction. He ordered me to wear my cuffs, locked them and leashed me at our skybox. Then I could watch her strip and trying on a new catsuit from Avec Toi.
We went to club Domme a Domme to catch up with our news. slave Luci joined us there. Mistress said she would slowly ease me in into my position … and after a while I came to terms that it is silly and futile to resist. I stopped being disrespectful and adressed her properly again. I even asked for my fix, that I didn’t get for a while. During the green light I had to refrain from it, it is too poisonous.

June 6th: Mistress Jenny and Diomita at home and at club Domme a Domme with slave Luci and Faye

Faye came also by at club Domme a Domme. I had talked with her earlier that day when I was visiting a gallery and she had playfull sticked her tongue out to me. I had told her that I’d make a note. When she joined us, I first locked her arms behind and later I added a ballgag. The right playful punishment for sticking her tongue out to me *winks*.
When our time ended for that afternoon, Mistress announced that I’d get my fix first thing at night. I need it, but I also know the effect .. back to everyday life for Mistress and her Ehesklavin (me).

First thing at night was getting my fix. And it did once again work it’s magic. Thank you, Mistress Jenny. We went seeing Flo and slave Luci who both were at the skipee table. Flo reported from her long family weekend, then we played skipee as teams.

June 6th: Mistress Jenny and Ehesklavin Diomita at home

We had just finished our game when slave holly came inworld. We all went to Psi’s realm first, stayed there for a bit, then returned home to talk in main chat for a while. Mistress announced that she would be off two nights due to RL family and we talked already about a theme for the party at the end of the week.
We decided to get some entertainment and took Flo, slave Holly and slave Luci to Hidden Secrets where Flo and slave Holly danced for us just a few minutes, then Flo had to leave for bed. slave Luci replaced Flo and she and slave Holly performed quite a show for Mistress and me … and we cuddled on a sofa. slave Holly made an excellent photo showing her and slave Luci entwined around the stem of a rose (the dance pole was in the form of a stem).

June 6th: Mistress Jenny and Diomita at psi’s realm and at Hidden Secrets with Flo, slave Holly and slave Luci

slave Holly became quite aroused dancing for us and we had to take her some place else to wind down. We spent the rest of the night at Carnal Intentions. It had been two eventful days, with Mistress’ anniversary, the end of my green light or returning to my position as Mistress’ Ehesklavin.

Wednesday, June 22nd, the latest exhibtion at La Maison d’Aneli has been opened. It features the art of Celestial Demon (celestialdemon), IAMLOUVRE, Milena Carbone (mylena1992), PoloRheinart and Terra Paine (Tarrac Paine).

I got the flyer about the new exhibition at La Maison d’Aneli a few days before it opened and started visiting on Sunday, June19th. The first skybox I visited was the one of PoloRheinart. Polo understands art “as transforming experience(s) of and by an artist into objects/sculptures, paintings, photographies ...”. Accordingsly Polo’s skybox is filled with different art objects and paintings. They are related to different theme, all with a quite actual background. There’s the big painting that compares the Olympic games at Berlin with those of Bejing. There’re the tanks that roll over boxes in the colours of Ukraine, there’s a texts about women in Switzerland who are killed within their families, there are the raining bombs, a teddy and a bomb in a corner and many coloured boxes with terms, the most used term being “Indifference”.
It is Polo’s intention that the visitorindentifies with some of the objects, that the art inspires to think, that it evokes memories, bad or good (mostly bad though at least in my case).

PoloRheinart is in Second Life since 2020. He is the owner of “The Gaze Art Gallery“. Polo has also a flickr account.

Celestial Demon (celestialdemon)’s skybox at La Maison d’Aneli is a dark, all black room filled with white bright rectangles. Streaks, probably hair, move through the white rectangles.  Two of the rectangles build a pair. The skybox is full of these rectangles, no matter where you look. Between the rectangle pairs you see a mirrored picture of males and females. You might need to look closely to get more details. The way Celestial built the skybox provides the illusion that there are countless, endless more of these objects. Is it a metapher for the mirrored personality in real life and Second Life? I don’t know. Every visitor has to create an own interpretation.

Celestial Demon (celestialdemon) is an Italian artist, who is in Second Life since 2012. In the accompying notecard for the xhibition Celestial wrote: “I don’t quite remember the cause or the reason that brought me into this illusory endless universe, but I know well why my presence is anchored here.
Free creation, unparalleled exploration and the few splendid people worthy of the name continue to give me the energy necessary to swim deep into this immense ocean, to grasp every shade of color and different points of view.”
I came across Celestial Demon (celestialdemon) in 2021 seeing the exhibition “Ethereal Eternity” (read here https://wp.me/psPPu-6Ii). You can see more of his art on his flickr page, where I found a comment that describes him and his art quite short and fitting in my opinion: “artist with infinite power of communication in light and shade. Immense talent”

IAMLOUVRE is a Spanish artist in SL and RL. She has an own gallery, located just next to La Maison d’Aneli, the GALLERY LOUVRE. IAMLOUVRE is in Second Life since 2021, she’s a designer, interior architect and has several Master degrees. In the accompanying notecard you find a long list of her exhibitions in RL.

IAMLOUVRE’s skybox at La Maison d’Aneli features many pictures over 2 floors. IAMLOUVRE presents her watercolour art, flowers and portraits on the 2nd floor of her skybox and pictures that look to me as if they were created digitally on the ground floor. All of her pictures are very artful. The exhibition at La Maison d’Aneli provides an insight into her style.

Terra Paine (Tarrac Paine) is from Canada and in Second Life since 2007.  In the accompanying notecard she wrote about herself and about her pictures: “Its all about mindfulness.
Is time an illusion caused by the passage of history or is history an illusion caused by the passage of time? So often we never notice the passage of time until it becomes a part of our history. Photography is my attempt to live in the moment.
Thank you for visiting my first photographic show. I hope you enjoy my moments in time.”

Terra Paine (Tarrac Paine) takes the visitor on a journey through her moments in life. All pictures are taken in the physical world – and all are very well done, not just snapshots. The visitor can imagine that the photographer wanted to save a precious memory. The motifs range from animals, over pictures from the artic, to houses and special sundowns, beautiful landscapes as well as macro pictures fo flowers. I enjoyed looking at these particular moments in time.

Milena Carbone (mylena1992) used her skybox at La Maison d’Aneli to start new exhibition in three parts named “The 5th Season”. It “questions our tendency to follow a path of self-destruction. It is related to the imminent threat of dramatic consequences for all living species as a result of climate change. It tries to dig deeper into the roots of our denial. The “fifth season”, is an imaginary season, which will replace the four seasons we have known. One season in a year, chaotic, devastating. A foul beast that humanity will have created.“

The first part is called “Blind”:
Blind explores our denial of the studied, validated, stated, detailed crisis of climate change for which we are collectively responsible : natural, economic, social and demographic disasters. And yet we do nothing, but continue our frenzy of senseless consumption and expend our energy in war.
Blindness is a recurring theme in myths, particularly Greek myths. Tiresias and Oedipus are well known examples. Blindness is both a punishment and a way to change one’ s view of the world and oneself.
The exhibition consists of five themes displayed in an original installation, thirteen images and seven short stories.

As usual Milena’s art consists of texts, pictures and visual experience. In the center is the ruin of a chapel, on the 4 walls a video is displayed, hence no picture you take will be the same. In each corner you can enter small long room. Each room is dedicated to a story that you can download to read and that Milena illustrated with pictures and objects. In total you find seven stories … that feature Tiresias, Daphne, Oedipus and his daughter Antigone, Clarissa Dalloway, and George and Martha. Milena will publish the stories on her website, once the exhibition at La Maison d’Aneli has been closed.

Milena Carbone (mylena1992) is a French artist and is in Second Life since mid 2019. She discovered its artistic potential and since then has devoted all her free time to creation, associating, as in real life, images and texts: “Milena Carbone is a fiction in which, as in any artistic work, biographical and imaginary elements are mixed.” Her creative process is iterative: some of her images inspire her stories and these stories modify the development of the image, which itself transforms the story.
Milena has an own gallery, the Carbone Studio and she has a bookstore @ Noir’Wen City.

La Maison d’Aneli is owned by Aneli Abeyante. Through her gallery she brings together all forms of creativity in RL and SL and the featured artists come from around the globe. Aneli’s intention is to “put her gallery in the service of artists, so that the world can be better, exchanges and meetings probably contribute even though it seems to be particles.”
The room that is usually designed for the opening events at La Maison d’Aneli is used by Aneli Abeyante herself this time again firstly to exhibit her own art and secondly to showcase art that she has collected from different artists. I assume, it is her private collaction – or at least a small part of it.
Aneli’s art is colourful, steadily moving, and with particular light effects. Aneli writes about herself: “I love geometry and mathematics. So after much practice, I managed to clear structures and shapes. In reality I practice painting, I do not have precise style but I always seek harmonization.”

There are permanently changing colourful abstract pictures with different layers, permanently changing and offering a different view every second.
Aneli Abeyante is in Second Life since 2009. You can see more of her art on her flickr account. Besides her own artwork, Aneli’s passion is curating La Maison d’Aneli.

Art in Second Life 2022 (56) Coloured images by Cica Ghost

Monday, June 20th, Cica Ghost opened a new installation named “Coloured images“: “Sometimes all you need is a little splash of colour.“

As usual with Cica’s installation you shall use shared environment, set advanced lighting and activate shadows from sun/moon and projectors. The environment settings are part of Cica’s art. For “Coloured images” she selected a very dark, almost black, sky with yellow stars. Nonetheless it doesn’t feel cold at all. I zoomed out to get an overview and changed the environment so that I could make a bird-eye view picture.

“Coloured images” is to no surprise a colourful place. It is a little town inhabited by Cicy-ish animals. You will find them not only as pictures on the walls but also as 3D-objects. And all of them are coloured. There are beings called “blue things”, there is a blue olifant, a donkey, there are several snails, bg and small spiders, worms, cows, fishes and quite some birds. The birds are very untypical for Cica – they are small!

There is a lot to discover. Cica offers places to sit as well as several places to dance. If you click the boxes “Dance” you can select an animation for your avatar. And dancing is fun!
The floor is either black with coloured dots or it is part of the buildings, that are coloured as well – of course. The little town has a lot of levels connected by stairs. You can walk of on rooftops, several of them are also occupied by animals – but they are all peacful *winks*

Instead of plants you find quite sureal bambus like sticks in different colours, most with rings of different colours. Some have blossoms. Around each corner, in the buildings, on the roofs you encounter Cica’s beings and – at least I – couldn’t stop smiling.

There are funny scenes at Cica’s “Coloured images” like the blue olifant who looks down at a little yellow bird. Or a huge worm winds its body from the floor upwards through windows and looks out from the 2nd floor.

The structure of the little town is quite complex and as you can climb and walk up to the roofs you get many different views. One big blue spider occupies a whole platform and watches the scenery. Another quite big red snail with a yellow house occupies another platform. You should try all the benches and chairs to sit to enjoy the colourful choatic and happy scenes. I did enjoy that!


“Coloured images” by Cica Ghost provides a happy environment, it is a place to wind down and to escape into lovely and artful other world, to stop thinking about what is going on in the world and to just enjoy, to see the beauty with the eyes of a child, to gather new energy.
I did look for the cat of course and Cica didn’t disappoint me. I found a blue cat straying on one of the roof. I sat down and enjoyed!

As usual we don’t know how long “Coloured images” by Cica Ghost will stay open. It could be a week, it could be a month or even more. I hope it stays open for a while so that I can return when I need a break, colours and a smile.
