Simploring 2022 (4) Wilson

As a member of her group “Nantes” I got an invite from Elizabeth Jewell (ElizabethNantesJewell) to visit her newest creation “Wilson“, which is open for the public now.

Wilson is an lonesome island somewhere where it is warm and where cocnut trees grow. It’ nothing but a larger rock with a beach, and a smaller fully forested smaller rock. Wilson is an adult homestead owned and designed by Elizabeth Jewell (ElizabethNantesJewell). As usual I zoomed out first to get an overview. From the bird eye perspective you see another, a third island with a huge modern building. There’s Elizabeth’s inworld store “Gravity Poses“. But mostly the store can’t be seen when you’re on Wilson island

Right where you land is the wreck of a yellow rescue rubber boat. I began to explore the island. I was alone .. and felt a bit like Robinson Crusoe. There are some coconuts on the beach and some driftwood. Walking along the beach I noticed the rear end of a wreck plane with the FedEx sign … a plane wreck and a yellow rescue rubber boat ….

I walked to the forest on the island and came along a big campfire on the beach – someone is seeking rescue. And nearby is a campsite made of what could be saved from the plane. Luckily among the things saved is a pair of ice skaters. The sharp blade is used to crack coconuts which is the only food available at Wilson.

Farer away on the horizont I noticed a raft and is swam over to it …. a rescue raft with three coconuts. And that’s it already! I found not a single opportunity to sit and watch, just the lonesomeness of a remote island, very nice views and I could almost feel the heat and the sun. Elizabeth wrote in the landmark profile: “…keep Breathing. Tomorrow the sun will rise, who knows what the tide will bring… also watch for falling coconuts….“

I headed over to the store and had a look. The store has a nice environment, you can see that Elizabeth wanted a nice setting for it. From the shore you see some boats, you can sit in a boat nearby … and you can see Wilson.

ElizabethNantesJewell Resident, known as Elizabeth Jewell, finds sim design relaxing, a positive focus, and a creative outlet that she can not only do from home, but also share with others. “That’s the real enjoyment, when I see other people feeling good visiting my sim!” she stated.
I have seen quite some creations of Elizabeth Jewell (ElizabethNantesJewell). Back in 2016 and 2017 I visited “Follow Your Bliss” (read here, here and here). In 2018 I visited Nantes (read here) and the Nantes Gallery (read here). In 2020 I visited “Ghosts of Jericho”, another sim built by Elizabeth at “Sim Quarterly” (read here). And last year I saw Krak Bak Caye at The Sim Quarterly (read here).

Thank you Elizabeth for sharing your remote island publicly. I appreciate it when store owners make an effort to create something around their store. Wilson made me smiles. It was fun to explore – and it is a remote place for just sitting at the beach and dream.

Simploring 2022 (3) Soft Melody – Spring Sakura Celebration

I was looking for a destination for a simploring tour on Thursday, April 7th. A post on Ad Vitam Æternam caught my eye because of it’s name “Soft Melody – Spring Sakura Celebration” for three reasons. Firstly I enjoyed my visits to “Missing Melody” and I thought, perhaps it is another iteration of “Missing Melody” (read about Missing Melody in this blog here). Secondly Sakura is the Japanese name for cherry blossom trees and I enjoy the blossoms in Spring a lot, I even have one tree in my garden that it actually blooming. And thirdly the pictures on Ad Vitam Æternam were tempting.

Soft Melody is an island hidden in the sky. The landmark description gives away a bit what to expect: “As you will walk down the alley the blossom scent will lift you. The soft warm wind will hug you so very gently. The chimes will guide you and the cats? Well the cats will ignore you because they are still cats after all…“

And yes, as I suspected because of the name – Soft Melody is owned and was designed by Bambi (norahbrent) who also created the “Missing Melody” sims.

As can be seen on the overview pictures Soft Melody consists of two parts. You land inside of a building, a café and when you step out you’re in a Japanese town. The streets and walkways are decorated for the Spring Sakura Celebration. It is a lovely spot to take pictures of twon pictures. On a second glance you notice quite a lot of cats in the town (and one dog).

Walking up the long stairs in the center you reach a foot bridge that brings you to the other part ot Soft Melody – the gardens. You find more cherry blossom trees there, more cats also as statues and some other animals: pandas, deers, birds and rabbits – but mostly cats. I sat down at a brook and listened to the sound of it.

The garden is larger than I thought and there are actually several gardens. One building contains a lot of glass frames hanging from the ceiling and other collectibles. The scenery with the selected environment (don’t forget to use shared environment!) is very fitting and I enjoyed exploring the gardens a lot. Did I mention that there are many cats?

Simploring 2022 (2) Dyrhólaey

Serene Footman is back in Second Life. A few weeks ago he re-opened Furillen for a few weeks and I visited it again and enjoyed the many memories (read my post about Furillen here). Serene’s sims are always outstanding. He rebuilds RL places in Second Life, places many of us never heard about before, or weired places with a very particular history or background. I didn’t see all of them, but many. And visiting a place of Serene like Khodovarikha (read here and here) or Rummu (read here) or Ukivok (read here) ..or… or.. was always a highlight of my Second Life.
And now Serene opened Dyrhólaey, his interpretation of Iceland in Second Life. It was not Serene’s attitude to rebuild exactly a part of icleand, he wanted to provide the atmosphere and to highlight some specific features of this beautiful place. I’ve never been to Iceland, it is still on my list of places to visit some time (hopefully). But now I can visit at least visit the southernmost point of Iceland, the home to the ‘endless black beach’ in Second Life and inhale some of it’s atmosphere and get some unique impressions.

Serene wrote a very detailled blogpost about Dyrhólaey. He explained what you can see on the sim, which buildings he has picked for Dyrhólaey and where they are in reality. He described Icelands flora and fauna, the different birds, the sheep and horses. He gave background information about the wrecked plane and about the piano on the beach. To sum it up – I didn’t want to rewrite Serene’s post, I can’t do it any better! I strongly recommend to to read Serene’s post about Dyrhólaey before visiting the sim in Second Life.
Dyrhólaey is best viewed using shared environment with advanced lighting. The day/night cycle set to 24 hours. My first visit was late at night and I had the luck to see some aurora borealis in the skies, my second visit was during the day and the sim looks different at daytime.

As with previous sims Serene had some help from others builders. Harry Cover (aka impossibleisnotfrench) buildt the wreck of the DC3 US Navy airplane 1973 and Mara Telling made the bar in the cliff retreat by the architect Alex Hogrefe (which was never realised).

For your own visit, keep in mind that Serene’s sims usually are only available for a few weeks.

After publishing my post about “Grauland January 2022” (read here) I had a conversation with JimGarand, owner and curator of Grauland. He told me that we both, Inara and I, have missed a part of his newest iteration. I added this part now at the end of my post …

Following Inara Pey’s blog I came across “Grauland” again. Inara just had published a new blogpost about “Grauland“: “Graulands’s tropical beauty in Second Life”
I have visited Grauland in 2019 the first time (read here), three times in 2020 (read here, here and here) and twice in 2021, in April 2021 (read here) and in November 2021 (read here) . And every time it was different. Each redesign was worth a visit, as is this one!

The landing is in a quite big building that is built into the ground. You can walk outside and start your exploring tour. Right in front of the building you can get a jetski and have fun cruising around the island. I for my part went further inside first. Stairs lead you up into a hallway that is illuminated like a red light district and has a few benches to sit on. At the end of the hallway and after a few more steps upstairs you are in a Zen garden. The whole structure of the building is intriguing as you wonder about its purpose. Nonetheles ti fits way better into the environment as one might think on a first glance.

I continue exploring Grauland and walked out of the entrance building to the agglomeration oc concrete blocks. These blocks became quite of an identifying element at Grauland in almost all iterations. Jim like to play with contrete elements and to place them into the landscape using them as a  landmark, as central element of landscaping. The blocks are located above a natural cave the the sea has carved our from the rocks.

Walking over the island is fun, there are plenty opportunities to sit, the palm trees and the vegetation offer nice views. I walked to the residential house that is fully furnished with style, has a lovely sun terrace and a pool and again nice places to sit and hang around either at the house itself or at the gazebo. I went to the beach and tried out some of the places to sit and watch the time pass by – very relaxing and enjoyable.

But there’s more to see and I’m not sure if I really saw all. The telephone booth at the beach with the single lamppost  is for sure outstanding. Birds have occupied it. And of course it makes no sense there, that’s the art – to place something and unexpected into the beach environment. The shark signs at the beach conjured a smile on my face. I saw all the empty inflatable mattresses on the sea and asked myself if the visitors have become shark food. Funny!

What I missed during my fist visit was that the empty inflatable mattresses actually are a hint that the sun bathing visitors had become shark food. Good news is, that in Second Life you survive even being eaten by a shark *winks*. I returned yesterday for a second short visit….

A second visit to Grauland January 2022

I swam farther out in the bay and dived. There’s a quite colourful underwater world to be seen. And of course quite some sharks swim around peacefully, they must be sated. In the ship wreck I found a room with a bed, but I had not enough oxygen with me for a sleepover. So when you visit Grauland, don’t miss the sharks!

JimGarand has once again re-invented Grauland and has returned to a design that reminds more of the former iterations of Grauland. It feels warm and sunny (great when it is grey and cold outside in RL) and offers great places to sit, fun activities (the jetski), art, wit and sharks. I enjoyed my visit again. Thank you Jim.

Diary 2021 (175) December 21st/22nd – Romance in the clouds / Sun released

Tuesday, December 21st, I went inworld in the later morning. Mistress Jenny and slave Holly were at home and I met them in front of our house. Unfortunately I got interrupted by RL and when I returned Mistress had to leave to tend to her RL. I went to Puerto Esclava with slave Holly and we spent half an hour there just chatting.
In the afternoon I had 2 hours together with Mistress Jenny. We made a longer tour over the clubs. We spent time at club Domme a Domme, at Heavy Bondage Club, at Puerto Esclava and at Dark Butterfly. Finally Mistress took me to our loft skybox. “Time for your fox, Ehesklavin,” she said, stripped and invited me over to her chair. I licked Mistress eagerly and passionately and fell deeper in my submission to her. Thank you, Mistress Jenny.

At night I met Mistress Jenny at Puerto Esclava and after a while Mistress took me to a dance place that she had found when surfing profiles. It reminded me a lot to the “Ballroom in the clouds”, a place we used to visit in our early years … a decade ago. The place is called “Romance in the Clouds Ballroom & Restaurant (Semi-Formal)“.

Mistress and I danced half an hour there and really enjoyed the music and being together. We returned home and played a skipee with Flo and when we had finished, slave Holly was present as well. We went to Carnal Intentions until Flo had to leave for bed. While we were there I coloured slave Holly’s chastity gear in Christmas colours.

Mistress asked me to take slave Holly to “Romance in the Clouds” for a dance. slave Holly will be off for a couple of days over Christmas and her online times won’t be predictable. So it was kind of a Christmas dance with her. Alessi showed up at home and Mistress took her to the ballroom as well and danced with her.

We returned home and said good night to slave Holly and slave Alessi. I was a bit confused to be honest. When slave Holly had told us about her absence over Christmas she had asked to be locked and wrapped for this time. And in the morning slave Holly had asked me for permission to get some items as “gift wrapping”. Mistress Jenny had helped her. So .. what about locking up slave Holly? Well, Mistress Jenny said good night to me and I returned to slave Holly. One item she had prepared for me was a Christmas stick gag, that I locked on her ….. and she would go into the present box, that Mistress Jenny had placed next to Holly’s room – and I should open it when I see slave Holly next …. so more to come about this present *winks*

Wednesday, December 22nd, I met with Mistress Jenny in the afternoon and we spent time together at Heavy Bondage Club and at club Domme a Domme. I sent out our Christmas cards and got quite some feedback. Nothing more to report from the afternoon.
At night Flo and pet Sun were present and we went seeing them. We played a skipee with Flo while we talked with Sun in IM. She still is not in the mood for SL. We released her, so that she can follow her desires when she’s in the mood again. I couldn’t prevent it, releasing a sub always saddens me but I knew it was the best for us and for Sun.

Flo won the skipee and we went to club DeLust afterwards. Flo sat down in a chair and Mistress and I danced for the silent crowd. Flo tried hard to get any conversation running but of course she failed with the silent crowd.

We left club DeLust and went to Carnal Intentions, where it was quiet as well. It seems that many people are busy these days. After Flo had left Mistress and I went to Puerto Esclava for a bit, then we called it a night ourselves.

Diary 2021 (168) December 7th A varied day

Tuesday, December 7th, I met Jenny when I came inworld in the morning. We went to club Domme a Domme and to Puerot Esclava, we chatted and caught up wiht our news. After half an hour we both had to leave and to tend to our RL.
Jenny was wearing her cuffs and her keys out since the day before. She was looking for trouble. Hence, before we left that morning, I locked her cuffs and set a timer – hoping whe would have fun.
I peeked into Second Life again after lunch. Jenny and I had bought the chains and the hooks, that are at Psi’s realm and where I like to leash and tie up our slaves. I wanted to place some at our homeplace. To my surprise I met Jenny again. We placed two chains – one at our porch and one at our terrace.
I wanted to push Jenny a bit more into trouble. I went to club Domme a Domme with her and left her at the “Bitch Post” – with her keys out of course.

December 7th: Jenny and Diomita at club Domme a Domme and at Puerto Esclava / Jenny in trouble at Carnal Intentiones

I was not inworld in the afternoon due to my RL. Before I returned at night I found a picture in my email – Jenny in trouble *winks*. I looked forward to hearing about her time and if she had fun.

Jenny reported me of her little adventure. It didn’t start where I left her though. She went to Lock Without Asking (LWA)  – and there she met someone who shared her love for bondage….
We went seeing Flo and just when we had started a skipee, Angelique came by, so we restarted the game and played as teams. Jenny and Angelique won it easily. Angelique went to bed ans as neither slave Holly nor pet Sun were present we took Flo on a short simploring tour to a Winter place. I picked “Crisp Kringle – Frogmore Christmas Region“, which I found on Inara Pey’s blog – a lovely sim, “a tiny Swedish village of childhood memories, snow covered landscape, warm Fika Shoppes, and the light sound of Reindeer paws.” I took quite some pictures, it must be a habit *winks*. Jenny was experienceing quite some lag and hence our visit was not that long – yet I have to return to this lovely place. We took Flo to Carnal Intentions and soon after we had arrived slave Holly and slave Alessi joined us there.  We stayed at Carnal Intentions for the rest of the evening.

Sunday, December 5th, became a particular day in Second Life. When I came inworld in the afternoon, Jenny was shopping and I joined her. We looked at lovely fetish clothes, then we went to club DeLust where we just chatted with some other guests (in IM) and among us. It was very enjoyable. I think I haven’s mentioned so far, that Mistress Jenny granted me some time off, she didn’t change my collar, but she just wanted me at her side. Hence I could a bit come down and enjoy time at her side, wife and wife.
I had to take a short break for RL and when I returned Jenny was gone, a she had also to tend to her RL suddently. I played a bit around with the pictures I took and added some filters. I like the result!

December 5th: Mrs. Jenny Maurer and Mrs. Diomita Maurer at club DeLust

When we met at night again, our pet Sun and Flo were inworld. Jenny and I discussed what to do that night, but didn’t decide. Instead we went seeing pet Sun, caught up with her and took her to the games tables where Flo had jsut finsihed her 3rd game against herself (she won all surprise surprise). And while we said hello to Flo… slave Holly came inworld, slave Alessi joined us, Ebony came by …. and Argi visited us …. and all of a sudden we were 8 people. A spontaneous family night.

December 5th at home: Mistress Jenny, Diomita, Maurer’s pet Sun, Flo, slave Alessi, slave Holly, Argi and Ebony

We talked and chatted and in the meanwhile Jenny and I helped our slave Holly to get a white catsuit and i adjusted her chastity gear, added vixen cuffs and coloured all in “gold”. When we were done with that I asked all to line up for a picture.

We went to our terrace and spent the whole night there. Flo cuddled with Argi on one sofa, Ebony occupied the other sofa. Jenny and I sat in our chairs with slave Holly, slave Alessi and pet Sun close to us at our feet. What a chat night, very relaxed, we have a great family around us! Flo and Sun were the first to leave for bed and we sorted us again. Ebony cuddled with Argi and Alessi too Sun’s place at my feet. It was already after midnight when we stood up to go to bed. We had a lovely family night!

December 5th at home: Mistress Jenny, Diomita, Maurer’s pet Sun, Flo, slave Alessi, slave Holly, Argi and Ebony

Monday, December 6th, I had again a nice and relaxed time in the later afternoon with Jenny. We went to club Domme a Domme first and cought up with our mutual news there. we had some IMs but nothing was going on and we moved on to Puerto Esclava after a while. We both enjoyed just being together and made some alternative plans for the upcoming nights with the slaves.

I had the idea to create some more pictures of us at club DeLust and we went there before we had to log off to tend to our RL. This time Jenny held me in her arms. I used the same setting and filters for the pictures as the day before. These pictures will look great at home.

At night we gathered at the house, Jenny, Alessi, Sun and Angelique. we said hello to Angelique, but she was about to leave for bed. We went on a short simploring tour looking for a Winter fun side. We visited “Lemon Trees Christmas Snow“, a lovely place, great for taking pictures, but the activities, that Jenny was looking for were missing. I might return for a full simploring tour, if I find the time for it.

We returned home, as slave Holly had come inworld and took the slaves to Psi’s realm. Sun had to leave for bed as well and I took care of Alessi and Holly and locked them up restrictively. I had fun and enjoyed looking at the two. They did well and pleased Jenny and me. And of coruse I took quite some pictures. slave Holly took also some pictures with her restircted view, always intriguing to see her world.

We stayed about an hour at Psi’s realm, then went to Carnal Intentions with the slaves to wind down a bit before we went to bed.

Wednesday, December 8th, Jenny and I wanted to take a picture for our yearly Christmas card. We changed into Christmas outfits and started our tour at Crisp Kringle – Frogmore Christmas Region, where we had been the day before already. I had found the landmark following Inara Pey’s blogpost blogpost “Frogmore’s Swedish Winter Cripsness in Second Life“.

We looked for spots to sit and cuddle and we found some really nice motifs.

The next sim we visited is one, that we visit every year. It has become a tradition for many people to visit Calas Galadhon’s Christmas isntallation. I’m very happy that Tymus Tenk and Truck Meredith realized it once again. This year it is called “A Christmas wish“. And of course Inara has blogged about it: “A Calas Christmas wish for 2021 in Second Life“.

The last sim we visited was Luane’s World, also featured in Inara Pey’ blog: “Luane’s Winter world in Second Life“. We looked around, sat down for a picture and visited the funny floating ice sheet with the ice bears. Monday, November 22nd, I spent some time at Puerto Esclava around lunch time. Goddess Katie had demanded that I wear just some rugs, no shoes and dirt when I’m alone – and so I did. You also see why I was wearing sunglasses for almost a week. I caught a black eye, when Goddess Katie had to punish me for being unattentive.
It was strange being at Puerto Esclava like this, but none really took notice of me. I even got my feet cleaned by a pathetic slave girl there. I just wonder that she didn’t taste the dog shit I had stepped in by accident *winks*.

November 22nd: Diomita at Puerto Esclava / Mistress Jenny and Diomita at Heavy Bondage Club with Ann

Later in the afternoon I met with Mistress Jenny at Heavy Bondage Club for an hour. We caught up with our mutual news and we watched the silent crowd. Annie (Transann) was there and she presented us her newest puppy suit. Good that our doll Sun didn’t see it. Our hour went by way too quickly again.

At night Mistress and I played a skipee with Flo and our doll Sun and slave Holly joined us and watched. After the game Sun had to leave for bed early as she had a long day in RL. We took slave Holly and Flo to DHB and got a new chastity belt for slave Holly. Back home we tried it on – a perfect fit! It was Flo’s bed time and we took slave Holly to Psi’s realm to expose her in her new gear. slave holly likes her new gear – and we do too. As she’s back in chastity we removed the sybian from her room when we brought her to bed that night.

After Mistress Jenny had left for bed, I went to Puerto Esclava and spent an hour with Goddess Katie there. We just talked and got known to eachother a bit better.

Tuesday, November 23rd, I logged in in the later morning. Mistress Jenny was present and she summoned me to her. She was at Penumbra Space Station and visiting our Kitty – finally. We hadn’t seen Kitty for ages!

Penumbra Space Station is hidden in an asteroid field in the outer regions of a little travelled star system without any habitable worlds floats “Penumbra Station”, a private residence of a wealthy individual with morally very dubious incomes from slave trade. The few who have set foot into the station… were lost to the world. It is known that the station holds a containment system for the merchandise… and that the owner has strange and deviant tastes. But yet… there are some rare individuals who crave the total loss of control and the tight restrictions….

Mistress had contact with the owner and governess of the space station Lady Aleeri (Aleeri). Soon after I arrived, Lady Aleeri joined us and we retreated with her to talk about our Kitty. Lady Aleeri turned out to be a nice and strict person and we could quickly find a good solution for our Kitty. She will have IM, yet with us only. And she may visit us (none else). And as a little extra for her friends who miss her mischief at Psi’s realm, she might even go there.
But….. she remains in space until further notice.

November 23rd: Mistress Jenny and Diomita with Lady Aleeri and Kitty at Penumbra Space Station

In the afternoon I met with Mistress Jenny at Heavy Bondage Club and we stayed there quite a while catching up with our mutual news as we had no time when we had met in the morning. Then we moved on the club Domme a Domme. We had just arrived when Goddess Katie entered the club. Mistress Jenny ordered me to kneel between her and Goddess and to offer my leash to Goddess.

Mistress and Goddess Katie talked with each other and after some time at club Domme a Domme, Mistress asked me to go to our secret hideaway and to teleport Goddess and her. I did as ordered. The two dommes came up with rules for me, one was that I had to stay naked at all times when in the secret hideaway. Goddess snapped her finger and I stripped. I had to crawl and worship Goddess feet while the two talked and kissed. Both made it crystal clear that I have no say in any matter.

When Mistress had left to tend to her RL, Goddess had her way with me and fucked me hard with her strapon before she left herself. I was quite exhausted and returned home and went off myself. What an intense afternoon – it was just the 6th day being co-owned by Goddess and so much had already changed for me.

After this intense afternoon, I had a comparably relaxed night within the family. Sun was cleaning the house when we came inworld, Flo was playing skipee. We joined Flo and played a round. I talked a lot with our doll Sun in IM. She was in a bad mood and tired and didn’t join us. She left before we had ended the game.

After the slaves had left for bed, Mistress Jenny went simhopping and I went to Puerto Esclava and spent more than an hour at Goddess Katie’s feet. We just talked. It seems as if I had stung into a wasp nest and got myself into real trouble…. (no picture this time)
