My simploring tour on Saturday, October 19th, led me to “Cannibal Island – SL’s most beautiful beach paradise!”. I got the landmark from Kitty who herself got it from a close common friend. The landmark led to a platform in the skies with 4 different teleport options.

CANN!BAL – the landing platform

CANN!BAL is a full region, rated general owned by Chotaire Seelowe. Sometimes it is named CANN!BAL and at other times Cannibal. CANN!BAL consists of 4 different worlds:
– Cannibal Island is a beach that exists since 2007
– Cannibia exists since 2017 and is a photogenic beach
– The Oasis from 2019 awaits you in an endless desert
– Sky Paradise is a virtual beach region available for rent
I visited Cannibal Island, Cannibia and The Oasis.

Impressions of Cannibal Island (1) overview / helicopter fun / relaxing

My first stop was Cannibal Island. It is a lovely Caribbean island setting that offers a lot of activities as well as innumerous places to sit and watch. If you look for a Caribbean setting, that is the right place to go. You can rent the huts that are arranged like satellites around the center if you want to spent a vacation here.
In Chotaire’s profile I found the following texts about the activities at Cannibal Island:
“If you ever get bored from watching, then play funny helicopter games and shoot each other off the sky with coconuts, go surfing the Cann!bal Tsunami wave, dance in the Cann!bal Club with a unique high quality lightshow, find rare coconuts for free lindens, play beach soccer, roam the estate with our yachts. The incredible beauty of the always different windlight daycycles and local weather situations will blow you away. Beware of the tornadoes.”

I myself tried the helicopter and I roamed the islands with a motorboat, that you can rent fro free.

My next stop was Cannibia, the photogenic beach region. Unlike Cannibal island, this place is left at a pretty much natural state with no houses and huts at all. It is really perfect for taking pictures.

Finally I went to The Oasis, the newest part of CANN!BAL. I’ve been to several deserts in Second Life already and was intrigued once again. The endless sand desert offers really unique background. The Oasis offers also some funny oddities like the lion fucking the goat.

I had fun looking at the animals and taking pictures of the desert and the few buildings. Close to the landing at The Oasis is at swimming pool, a bar and a place to relax in luxury.

For these seeking to escape from Autumn, rain and cold temperature into the sun and warmth of a Caribbean islands, those who have fun playing and those simply seeking good beach or desert backgrounds should not miss seeing CANN!BAL. Diary 1029 (175) November 7th – Diomita and the slaves (II)

Thursday, November 7th, began with a surprise for me in Second Life. Mistress was already present when I cam inworld at night. She sat in her throne and we caught up with our mutual news first. I had written into the diary that my submission to Mistress had increased again although I thought it couldn’t anymore and that I would lie saying that I didn’t enjoy the current red light. Mistress teased me a bit about this statement, then she unlocked my Ehesklavin collar and replaced it with my sub collar.
I hadn’t expect that at all. In addition she granted a green light that will start soon.

As slave Flo was inworld we went seeing her and played a round of greedy and we found time for some intimate time – an almost perfect afternoon. Why almost? Because Mistress was prevented from coming inworld at night.

My night was relaxed and varied. slave Gwendi and slave Flo were present and I took them to the isolation cell next to our decking. Mistress had mentioned in the afternoon that we should use it more often and I had the idea of adding a warning sign “Caution – Think twice before entering”. This way we should tempt some victims to enter *winks*. I tried with the slaves but unfortunately there’s no autotrap function in this cell. I need to talk with the builder of the cell.

I played two quick rounds of greedy with the slaves and Ann came by, this time without her Rubber Doll. slave slut cecy also joined us and all together we went to Psi’s realm. It was surprisingly empty at Psi’s realm, just a few visitors.  I restricted the view of the slaves providing them with a dark fog vision through bars.

As it was that quiet I had time to take some pictures and to tie the slaves up a bit. That was fun – at least for me. slave Flo had to leave early and I brought her home inbetween. slave Gwendi had an accident, obviously the suit are not proof and she really should wear platic panties under the suit.

I left slave slut cecy tied up at Psi’s realm and visited Mesmerize Dungeon with slave Gwendi for half an hour. And that’s it about that Thursday.

Diary 2019 (174) November 6th – Diomita and the slaves

Wednesday, November 6th, in Second Life was splitted into several parts for me. First I met with Mistress Jenny in the afternoon. We caught up with our news sitting together in our skybox. Then Mistress took me out to Heavy Bondage Club and to club Domme a Domme. My submission to Mistress has further grown and settled, even when I thought that was impossible. My red light is ongoing since our wedding anniversary and I would lie writing that I don’t like it. I enjoyed the afternoon at Mistress feet and I crave to please her.

November 6th: Mistress Jenny and Ehesklavin Diomita at home, at Heavy Bondage Club and at club Domme a Domme

When we returned home we shortly met slave Flo who was cleaning the house and Mistress Jenny asked me to change into something dominant for the night – and she approved my choice. Then she had to leave for RL and I left as well.

I was inworld quite early at night and slave Gwendi was present already. I took her with me to Sarah’s Sanctury. Mistress had given the landmark to me and told me that I won’t recognize it again. She was absolute right. It is an adult SciFi sim and I had a quick look around with slave Gwendi. My next stop was Grannus Dungeon and Prison Play Area, a place I haven’t been for a quite some time. While I was there and looking around, slave Flo and slave Christin came inworld and I went home with slave Gwendi to pick them up at home. Ann (TransAnn) came by with her Rubber Doll, we chatted a bit, then I took slave Gwendi, slave Flo and slave Christin to Grannus Dungeon and Prison Play Area again.

I went to the prison, that had changed a lot too. It has a big meeting area in the center and also a throne. I sat down in the throne and the slaves gathered around me. Two other visitors came by and the slaves had fun (and I had fun listening):

That was fun!

We went to Lochme. I stored the slaves at 3 posts there and sat down and asked who of them would volunteer to be exposed on the slut platform. None of them volunteered, just Gwendi remarked that standing there would be kind of being lazy. I decided to place slave Flo on the platform and to make slave Gwendi being a bit busy, slave Gwendi had to dance for me and all others around. I kept slave Christin close to me on a leash.

We got some attention from other visitors but less than I expected. I began playing with the viewing restrictions of the suits. You can restrict the view with different faceshields leavinf more or less area to look through and you can change the windlight to dark or purple or others. slave Flo’s view was not restriced but she got a dark windlight. slave Gwendi got a viewing restriction and later a purple windlight. And slave Christin was also restricted. slave Flo and slave gwendi sent snapshots from thier personal visison.

We left Lochme after one hour and moved on to Mesmerize Dungeon where we met Ann (Transann) with her Rubber Doll again. The slaves to attract some attention and I got some remarks about them. slave Flo had to leave unexpectedly and I took slave Gwendi and slave Christin home soon later.

Diary 2019 (173) November 4th/5th The slaves’ new oufit (II)

Monday, November 4th, I spend just a short time inworld in the afternoon as Mistress wasn’t around. I went shopping and sorted my inventory for a bit.

At night Mistress Jenny and I caught up with our mutual news, then we went seeing slave Gwendi and slave Flo at home. We had one game of greedy and were about to move on to Mesmerize Dungeon when slave slut cecy came inworld. slave slut cecy’s inworld presence has increased a bit lately and Mistress Jenny decided to put her into the new slave outfit as well. We got it for slave cecy and then went to Mesmerize Dungeon as we had intended before.

Mistress had another early start the next day and slave Flo and slave Gwendi were tired as well. Hence we went home quite early. Before we retreated to our skybox, I set the colours of slave slut cecy’s suit to gray and cyan. Cyan seems to be her favourite colour (or we made it to her favourite *winks*).

Tuesday, November 5th, I went on a simploring tour in the later afternoon and visited Last Dove (read Simploring 2019 (111) Last Dove). That tour was really fun.

Tuesday night Mistress and I had a full house. When we came inworld, slave Gwendi, slave Flo, slave Christin and Ann with her slave Rubber Doll V welcomed us in the front of our house. After all hugs and subhugs we decided to have one round of greedy with the slaves. Mistress and I could catch up with our mutal news while playing. We had just finished when slave slut cecy came inworld as well.

We took the slaves to Psi’s realm and enjoyed exposing them. After setting up all suits and getting familiar with the menus and restrictions it offer, there’s now the fun part to start. We have not yet tightened the viewing or talking restrictions ….. so much fun ahead *winks*.

We spent about an hour at Psi’s watched the other guests and teased our slaves. We went home early again and Mistress and I retreated for some intimate time before bed.

 

Simploring 2019 (114) Catena et Cavea

Catena et Cavea is a newly opened full adult region owned by Oroeia. Once again I found the sim by following scoop.it SL Destinations. Ororeia and Kyra Nachtigal own at little shop for bsdm devices named Fluffy Chains. So far they only sell a little multi chain pillory pillow, but they annouced to creat more things soon. Catena and Cavea is the homeplace of Ororeia and Kyra. And there’s really a lot to explore and discover. I spent far over an hour there – and just got a first overview!

Catena et Cavea – Overview

The landing point is close to the Beach house. There’s a advertising column where you can grab a notecard with some information:
“This island is our home, and at the same time a big playground for everyone. It’s adult, so please no underage avatars.
‘Catena et Cavea‘ means ‘chain and cage’, so you might be able to guess our main theme. Feel free to explore everywhere, but please be respectful if we are at home. If a door opens on touch, you are welcome to enter.
While you will find some bdsm toys scattered around everywhere, the main playground is inside the cliff. There you will find a bar, an oriental area, a dungeon, a secret lab and an even more secret cave. Not every door looks like a door.

The notecard also contains some hints how to get to the dungeon and to the lab. In order not to spoil the fun of finding out on your own, I won’t tell you here. If you need help, look into the notecard (I did).

Impressions of Catena et Cavea (1) – Circus, toy and technic museum

I first visited the circus, tow and technic museum. Well that’s at least what I think it is. There are two buildings and some stands, a roundabout, a space-capsule, ticket booths, horses, clowns and other stuff. For sure it is a great place for taking pictures.

Also next to the landing point is a house with a glass roof. I’m not sure what it is used for. First I thought it’s a bar, but there’s also a bed inside and a living space under the glass roof. Outside is a court with more places to sit. I called it Beach house. I continues my first exploration tour walking along the beach and came across the first adult bdsm toy, a bondage post. I was a naughty girl and tried some self bondage … ups. I need to get Mistress here when I’m in control again. Walking along the beach you come to a palce for rituals, a Stonehedge circle.

I walked through a arch (the one with a sword on it and came to a cage at the beach. What a place to store a slave or sub! Then I climbed up the rocks to get on the cliff. Later I found out that there’re also ways to properly get on the cliff plateau. The plateau again offers really a lot to discover. I certainly didn’t find everything. I started with exploring the cliff house. A modern house reminding me of Fallingwater, the renown house built by Frank Lloyd Wright. The veranda reaches over the cliff and it offers some nice spots to sit and enjoy the view – and the view mustn’t be restricted to the nature and the sea. There’re some more opportunitie *winks*

Impressions of Catena et Cavea (3) – Beach cage, Cliff house and Villa Antique

Not far away is a big modern house and a greenhouse. I called it “Villa Antique”. Although it is modern architecture inside it is packed with antiquities, very stylish! You can sense that a lot of love for the detail has gone into it. On the platform there’s also a sort of a temple with a fountain in the center and a big dome as well as a gazebo. The dome offers space for dancing. Well, naughty me found another spot for storing a slave or sub in a tormenting hanging cell exposed to wind and rain at the other end of the cliff plateau

Regarding bdsm there’s more ….
I visited the 2 residential houses at the other side of the cliff. Both a nicely furnished and offer opportunities to sit and cuddle or to tease a submissive. From there you can walk up the cliff properly. You will find a bar there that is built into the rock.
I also visited the dungeon of course. It is huge and by now I had expected it to be huge. I didn’t try out anything as I realized that my time was just enough for getting a first overview.

My tour led me to the labs next. Those are not that easy to find. I walked through several safety locks, I saw strange gear and hazardous plants and I finally got to an elevator and to a room that was separated with a warning tape “Caution Keep Back”. Sounds like an invitation, doesn’t it? I dared and reached a beautiful fantasy room, colourful and intriguing – does it contain the results with the plants growing in the labs? I don’t know. But I know, the colours are just beautiful!

The last spot on my first orientation tour to Catena et Cavea was the Harem. It is located a little bit below of the Cliff house and offers the right environment for harem scenes – very luxurious!

Catena et Cavea offers a lot not only for those seeking adult fun. The whole sim is also lovely designed and glowing in the colours of Autumn. The houses offer space for different activities and the sim offers background for those loving to take pictures as well as for those seeking the right environment for roleplay.
I hope that Catena et Cavea will stay for a while. Thank you Ororeia and Kyra for sharing your homeplace with the public. It is really worth more visits (for me at least).

Diary 2019 (172) November 2nd/3rd The slaves’ new outfit (I)

Saturday, November 2nd, I met with slave Gwendi in the afternoon. It was about time that she got restricted again. Too much freedom is bad for the slaves. Mistress and I had decided to put the slaves into an isolation suit. It took some time to get slave Gwendi into her new suit and in the meanwhile Mistress Jenny was inworld as well and Luci had come by. When I was finished with setting up slave Gwendi new suit Mistress Jenny and I took her and Luci to Mesmerize Dungeon for a while.

My Saturday night was somehow like my afternoon. This time I put slave Flo in her new suit. I decided to make it yellow and black. I needed to get used to the menus of the suit and to the settings and Ann (Transann) helped me. The isolation suit offers some nice features. It is designed for bane drone play, yet so far we don’t intend to use the bane features. There’re some quite strict vision restrictions as well as a broad variety of different talking and communication restrictions. I first had to find out how to get the slave’s visison clear with Ann’s help.

Mistress Jenny joined us when I had just coloured slave Flo’s suit. We caught up while I learned how to operate the suits. Then we moved to Psi’s realm for just a bit as it was already late. We look forward to having some fun with the slaves in their new suits.

Sunday, November 3rd, I went visiting an exhibition in the afternoon and waited for Mistress in our skybox after I returned. Mistress took me to club Domme a Domme where we caught up with our mutual news. I enjoyed beeing at her leash and relaxed. This red light started after our 11th wedding anniversary and I sense it is going to be a long one. Mistress is enjoying it and I enjoy the experience of getting deeper and depper submitted to her. We returned home after half an hour as I had to tend to my RL.

November 3rd: Mistress Jenny and Ehesklavin Diomita at club Domme a Domme and at home

Sunday night was just as I expected it would be. slave Christin was present and so I put her into the new suit as well. I get some more routine with it already and had not to fumble around. I set up the colours of slave Christin’s suit corresponding to those of slave Gwendi, so that the two look almost alike again. After I was done Mistress Jenny, slave Flo, slave Gwendi, slave Chrstin and I had a round of greedy. Then we moved on to Psi’s realm.

November 3rd: Mistress Jenny and Diomita at Psi’s realm with slave Flo, slave Christin, slave slut cecy, slave Gwendi and with Ann (Transann), a toy of Ann and Sare Piers.

It was quite full and crowded at Psi’s realm and we had some entertainment. Ann joined us there and brought in a toy of hers as well. And BC’s sister Sara (Sare Piers) stood next to us as well. slave slut cecy came inworld too and joined us. She’s the only one not yet in the new slave outfit. That might change soon, if she’s present more often.

We returned home quite early as many of us had an early start the next day. And that’s it about that weekend.

Diary 2019 (171) November 1st – The day after Halloween

Friday, November 1st, was a holiday where I live in Germany. Accordingly I found some more time for Second Life and went on an extended simploring tour in the afternoon. When I returned home I found slave Gwendi in our house with LaraSofie. She was trying to teach her how to write on the desk opposed to the terrace cell. Our slave Gwendi for sure has a little domme side in her and it is fun to watch her teasing others.
Mistress Jenny and Ann (Transann) joined us and we chatted a it before we went to Mesmerize Dungeon with slave Gwendi. Luci joined us there and LaraSofie stood near by us after slave Gwendi had helped her getting up from the desk. and had removed LaraSofie’s restrictions.

There’s not much more to report from our afternoon. It was simple enjoyable…. And at night ww had our regular party again. It was kind of a 2nd Halloween party as our dance floor was still decorated and we’re flexible enough to celebrate one day late. Or as Virgo expressed it in her invitation: “It’s Friday again, and we just left halloween behind us, but it seems some have stuck around. So anything ghostly and ghastly is still welcome to party with us.“

Diary 2019 (170) October 31st – Halloween in Second Life

On Thursday, October 31st, Halloween I met with Mistress in the afternoon. Halloween is a particular fun in Second Life. Many places are decorated for it, many people wear weired costumes and there’re parties. Mistress Jenny and I first caught up with our mutual news, then we dressed for the day. Mistress wore her bloody Halloween dress and I got into a witch costume. We went to club Domme a domme and spent some time there. BC came by and Luci joined us kneeling at our feet.

At night we visited 3 Halloween parties. We started at velvet dreams mainstore. slave Flo and slave Gwendi joined us there. The slaves didn’t change into something Halloween-ish but we saw another shiny and transparent outfit of Gwendi. Ann (TransAnn) joined us there and changed into a Halloween dress with many skulls. And Argi joined us there as well. We hadn’t seen her since August. It was good to see her again and to know that she’s doing well. The party at velvet dreams mainstore ended at 10:30 PM and we moved on to Venustus. There was no real Halloween party going on there but we listened to good music and made it to an Halloween party.

I had an invite from Aneli Abeyante and Vroum Short for another Halloween party at VeGeTaL PLaNeT starting at 11 PM and we went there next. The decoration of the party area was great and the windlight setting was very fitting. Argi and Ann left us as well as slave Flo soon afterwards but Mistress, slave Gwendi and I continued dancing and chatting there until after midnight.

Saturday, October 26th, I visited Huntington Beach. I got the landmark once again by following scoop.it SL Destinations. The landmark description is a cross reference to Huntington Beach in the physical world: “Huntington Beach is a seaside city in Orange County in Southern California, located 35 miles southeast of Downtown Los Angeles“. It further contains the link to timeline article with pictures “Photos: Dark beauty in the oil fields of old Southern California“. This article and the pictures in it inspired Jade Koltai to create Huntington Beach in Second Life.

Huntington Beach is named after American businessman Henry E. Huntington. The population is about 200,000. It is known for its long 9.5-mile (15.3 km) stretch of sandy beach, mild climate, excellent surfing, and beach culture (source wikipedia)
I have been in Huntington Beach in the early 1990’s and I remember seeing long wide beaches, surfers and many overground powerlines (in Europe powerlines are mostly subterrestrial) disturbing the view. I knew that California not only had a gold rush but also large oil occurrences that were depleted during the 20th century. But I was not aware how the California beach looked like in the 1920’s and 1930’s. If you look up the above mentioned timeline article you will get an idea!

Jade Koltai, the owner of Huntington Beach, created a sim that gives us an idea about how Huntington Beach might have looked like in the 1950’s. In the virtual world of Second Life we’re able to travel the world and to travel in time.

Huntington Beach in Second Life – overiew

Huntington Beach is a (moderate) homestead consisting of four main parts: the pier, the beach, the town and the field of oil derricks. The landing point is at the pier, which is quite famous in Huntington Beach. The original Huntington Beach Pier was built in 1904. With it’s length of 1,850 feet (560 m) it is one of the longest public piers on the West Coast. The pier in Second Life is way shorter and just offers a snack bar and some opportunities to sit. I met Jade Koltai there and we had a short chat.

The town right next to the pier offers a motel with a pool and a tennis court and quite some shops: a pet shop, a barber shop, a toys shop, a butchery, a clothes shop, a donut shop, a cheese shop and a confectionery. All of them are furnished and it is fun to have a look inside of them.

There’s also a large gas station and an abandoned drive in movie theatre. Next to the gas station is a quite large red building with on open court. It could be a restaurant as there’re some tables and chairs in the court but for sure you can dance in the court (there’re couple animations for dancing available). Last but not least there’s a trailer park at one end of the town.
The whole town has a little bit morbid charme as you can sense how flourishing it was in the 1950’s and that it is in decline.

Directly adjacent to the town is the field of oil derricks. Because there’re so many they are really scaring. You get an idea that it was not at all environmentally beneficial. I walked a along the derricks and made quite some pictures also using another windlight setting to get a more threatening atmosphere.

Finally I visited the beach. Here you get an impression of how beach life was with the derricks in the background. Intriguing!

I enjoyed my visit to Huntington Beach. The sim offers a lot of opportunities to sit and cuddle, to explore, to take pictures and to enjoy yourself. And for me it also was quite instructional in addition. It made me read about the oil rush in the 1920’s and 1930’s. Thank you Jade for creating Huntington Beach in Second Life and for sharing it with the public.

simploring 2019 (112) – 20][21 gallery “Miss Barbara’s sense for ice”

Our friend Barbara Reiter-Jewell (Barbara Reiter) has her own little gallery called “20][21 gallery“, where she exhibits her own work every once in a while. Saturday, November 2nd, she opened her exhibition “Miss Barbara’s sense for ice” with pictures of her journey to Greenland in 2019: icebergs at Disco Bay, mainland shelf and some Greenland moods. It is an art show and installation showing an other view into arctic and arctic life.

In the 20][21 gallery you can see the pictures presented in different ways as slideshows, as panorama pictures where you can litteraly walk in and as wall filling exhibits. Besides the quality of the pictures the permanent changing of them at the walls and slideshows and different viewing angles allow you to immerse yourself into this artic world.

I added a few sample pictures of the exhibiton so that you get an impression. The pictures look better in the 20][21 gallery. For me personally presenting photographs from the physical world in Second Life is a great fit between the two worlds that adds another dimenision to 2D pictures.
