I had a relaxed time with Mistress on Thursday, September 19th, in the afternoon. We went to Heavy Bondage Club and watched people and read profiles. Mistress and I discussed some profiles, we also found a good pick about what charactersizes a good dominant. We just enjoyed being together. What was missing? The penis pacifier gags. Et Voila – twin slaves.

Tuesday afternoon, September 17th, I visited La Maison d’Aneli in the afternoon (read here). When I returned found our slave Gwendi at the Stonehaven patio and just teased her a little bit. Angelique left as well and Mistress Jenny and I took slave Christin and slave Gwendi to Mesmerize Dungeon for a few minutes. Simploring 2019 (99) A trail ride at Broken

I picked “Broken” from scoop.it SL Destinations for my simploring tour on Monday, September 2nd. The pictures I saw were tempting, the landmark description however sounds a bit sad, or at least melancholy “For anyone who has lost someone they loved.” I also read Inara Pey’s blogpost “Broken’s summer beauty in Second Life” about Broken before I went there myself.

Broken is a moderate homestead owned by Talia (Natalia Corvale). It consists of seven islands, some of them are connected by bridges, some can only be reached with a boat.

There’s not that much to see at Broken on the first glance, there’s just a few houses, a light house, a lot of grass and green, some trees. But the vastness of the green meadows is impressing and develops it’s own atmosphere. Right next to the landing point is a barn and there I found a horse. I had read in Inara Pey’s post about the horses at Broken and that you can ride them. And so I did! It works perfect, a saddle and all the needed gear is attached to the horse …. and there I could ride. And it is great fun.

With the horse, exploring Broken was even more fun. I visited the few houses. All of them are furnished with love for the detail. I didn’t see any sign that they are not open for visiting. I visited all seven islands and the horse carried me even over the water (well I got more than just wet feet). I found some very nice spots to sit and to enjoy the view where you could also cuddle with your loved one. But mostly I enjoyed riding.

Behind some trees I found an little open air slideshow with a few chairs, a projector and a screen, showing pictures of a couple, most probably the pictures are to the landmark’s description about the loss of someone loved. But it didn’t affect my mood luckily, I just enjoyed the simple but beautiful environment.

Broken is a beautiful sim that convinces with it simplicity, with the vastness of the green meadows, with its space. The few houses are decorated and furnished inside with love and there’re more than enough opportunities to enjoy togetherness.  For me personally the riding was big fun. Thank you, Talia (Natalia Corvale) for sharing your place with the public. I enjoyed my visit (and horse riding) a lot.

Simploring 2019 (98) Frogmore

For my simploring tour on Sunday, September 1st, I picked Frogmore from scoop.it SL Destinations. Before visitng myself I also read Inara Pey’s blogpost “Frogmore: Swedish childhood memories in Second Life“, which I recommend to read. The landmark description is also providing an idea of what you can see in Frogmore:
“Frogmore Gamla Stan is a memory of life as a child in Öregrund, Sweden.  The air is filled with the scent of the sea, old fishing boats, and smoked herring. A simple life filled with love and laughter.”
It sounded like the perfect place for a short trip to Sweden on a rainy Sunday morning for me.

Upon my arrival I was welcomed “Welcome to Frogmore Gamla Stan, designed by Terry Fotherington. We hope you enjoy your visit to our little bit of Sweden and please come back again soon!”
I have visited some sims that were designed by Dandy Warhlol (Terry Fotherington) lately. He seems to be quite active lately. Frogmore is owned by Tolla Fell (bengta).

Impressions of Frogmore (1)

There’s not much to say, write or read about Öregrund in Sweden. It is a small town of 1,500 people in Uppsala County. Nowadays it belongs to the Östhammar Municipality. In Summer Öregrund flourishes due to small sailboats, pleasure boats and tourists. And for sure growing up there is quite different from a childhood in a more urban environment.

Frogmore in Second Life is a very picturesque place. The colourful wooden houses made me feel like being in Scandinavia immediately. It consists of 4 islands. The landing is on the largest island with the town center and most of the nice houses. The main island is connected by a wooden bridge with another island with some more houses and a chapel. To reach the other two island you’ll need to rezz a paddleboat. One island has a camping site (with a nice view on the other islands) and a place to dance with a dj’s tent. On the smallest island you can visit the lighthouse.

Although the houses are not furnished there’s still a lot to discover at Frogmore. In particular I couldnt get enough from the picturesque views and I tried out some different windlight settings for my pictures. If you like Scandinavia and the nature up there, Frogmore is a place you shouldn’t miss to visit.

I wonder if the name Frogmore as any special meaning for Tolla Fell (bengta). Is it just a coincidence that Frogmore is also the home park adjoining Windsor Castle in England with the Frogmore house and the Frogmore Cottage?
Anyway, I enjoyed my Sunday morning trip. Thank you, Tolla, for sharing your place with the public and thank you Dandy Warhlol (Terry Fotherington) for designing it.

Diary 2019 (140) September 13th – Starting into a green weekend

I met our Kitty when I peeked into SL during the morning. She was at The Red Room, a fetish place that we discovered in February 2018 (read here) and that we visit every once in a while. It has changed and Kitty really likes it there.
She told me about a project, that Hinnla, the owner of The Red Room, is working on. It is a mask that attaches to your face, once you click on it. But then you can’t detach it anymore, you can’t click it nor can you locate it in your inventory. And the owner of the mask can control you with it. According to Kitty is works even without RLV. But so far the control and the mask only works in the sim, where The Red Room is located. So once Kitty leaves the sim and relogs, the mask is gone.
I caught up with Kitty, then it was time to tend to my RL again.

In the afternoon I met with Mistress and we caught up about our mutual news. As Mistress wasn’t inworld the night before we had quite some news to exchange before we picked up slave Gwendi and went to Mesmerize Dungeon. I had a quite full and varied Thursday, September 12th, in Second Life. First I met with Mistress Jenny in the afternoon and we caught up with our mutual news. We went to club Domme a Domme and enjoyed some eye candy while we chatted. Our time togehter flew by way too quickly again.
I stayed inworld when Mistress had to leave and went seeing slave Gwendi. I had fun teasing her and took her to Mesmerize Dungeon, where I exposed her quite tightly gagged. Some of slave Gwendi’s old friends came by and had a look. I suspect most of them secretly envy our slave.

Angelique gave us a link to the marketplace for a free maitreya hud, that handles baked mesh, a feature that we will get soon in Second Life and which will give us even more options for dressing (and again more technical stuff to learn).

September 12th: Diomita at home with slave Flo, slave Gwendi and slave Christin

When slave Christin was finally changed into her new outfit, I orderd slave Gwendi to wear overknee ballet boots as well and I put her arms in an armbinder. slave Flo went to bed and Angelique left us to follow other activities. I took slave Christin and slave Gwendi to Lochme and slave Christin got an armbinder there. I first intended to tie her up with the armbinder but lag at Lochme was to high to adjust it. We met slave Kathryn at Lochme, we met Ann (Transann) and we met one of slave Gwendi’s friends who we already saw in the afternoon, we met Pet (Diaperedpet Jewell) and Sharie Criss. Everyone made polite remarks about the slaves and they behaved well once again.

I took the slaves over to the slut platform and exposed them there for about 30 minutes. They looked just perfect like this and I enjoyed the view as well as teasing them both in local chat and in IM. I had fun.

I got an invite from Aneli Abeyante to the opening of the new joined exhibition at La Maison d’Aneli on September, 18th. As I knew that I couldn’t attend that day, I visited the exhibition already on Tuesday, Sepembter 17th.

The exhibition presents the art from Eylinea, Olympes Rhode, Desy Magic, Megan Prumier, Akim Alonzo, Jolieelle Parfort and Moki Yuitza

I started my tour through the exhibition with Eylinea’s art. Eylinea is quite new in Second Life, she joined in May 2018, and got in contact to recognized artists who generously transmitted their art to her. Since then she has been exploring with great pleasure the different artistic possibilities of SL: painting, photography, sculpture and even soon tattoo creation. At La Maison d’Aneli she shows some animated 3D paintings and scultures. Unfortuantely you can’t really take a picture as you caputre just one single moment, but then at least the picture is unique.

The exhibition part of Olympe (Olympes Rhode) is named “Trip to Normandy: 2019/1944 – RL & SL pictures”. Olympe says about herself: “Passionate by words and images, Second Life has allowed me to give a new dimension to my passions, poetry and photography ….. My photos tell a story. They reflect the emotions within me,  with either happiness or sadness, explosion of joy or dismay, they always are created with the same intense passion.”
The exhibition at La Maison d’Aneli shows pictures of a trip to Normandy in 2019 and mixes with some on 1944, when the Normandy was the landing site of the allied troups liberating Europe and was the site of many battles.

Desy Magic is a passionate photographer and she has a unique and colourful style in which she processes her pictures and makes them real eye catchers. You can still see the original motif yet the abstract forms or objects added to her picture are a dominant element, intriguing.

Megan Prumier is a multimedia artist and resident in Second Life. Her skills are extended on the field of photography, mostly portraits on modern, minimal and even surreal Scenes. The exhibited pictures at La Maison d’Aneli are in black and white and they are quite dark. And they are shown at a dark corner of La Maision d’Aneli. By this artistic light setting, the women shown in her pictures are highlighted and get a mysterious aura. Amazing what can be done with light.

The art of Akim (Akim Alonzo) is in a seperate room. The floor, the ceiling and the walls are black, green letter, symbols and figures run along all walls and are the only source of light beside the exhibited pictures. This setting fits to the name of this exhibition part at La Maison d’Aneli – “The Matrix”. The pictures are loosely based on the cult movie The Matrix. A metaphor for a world of people trapped in a simulated, virtual reality that has many aspects in common with the Secondlife world.
Akim is a traveller and photographer in Second Life and he owns “The Itakos Art Gallery” and runs a website.

Jolie (Jolieelle Parfort) work in virtual/digital art is a new direction in a long art career. “After finding myself retired I discovered an extremely enjoyable virtual world with my new computer and became immersed in Second Life.  In this world the landscapes and tableaux available seem never ending and various;  there is always a new scene or setting to challenge me and to capture.“

Moki Yuitza is in SL for over 11 years now: “From the beginning I found myself more comfortable working with SL basic prims. With simple, basic shapes, and some manipulation possibilities, I can create almost everything. Although I appreciate the possibilities offered by the meshes, I continue to create exclusively using prim base. In RL I am an architect and in this metaverse I found the possibility to realize my idea of ​​space and my architectural fantasy, as well as to share it with other people.”
When you visit her art installation “La SERRE” at La Maison d’Aneli make sure that your set your windlight to midnight, otherwise you’ll be blinded by the light. Moki is inviting us to sit down, to watch the moving and ever changing ojects and light, to mediate and to be drawn into her installation.

La Maison d’Aneli is owned by Aneli Abeyante. Through her gallery she brings together all forms of creativity in RL and SL and the featured artists come from around the globe. Aneli’s intention is to “put her gallery in the service of artists, so that the world can be better, exchanges and meetings probably contribute even though it seems to be particles.”
Thank you Aneli for another great exhibition and thank you to all artists. I don’t know how long the current exhibition will last, but I guess that you have at least a month to see it. Enjoy your visit, if you go there yourself.
