Monday, February 7th, Cica Ghost opened her newest installation named “Timeless“

In the landmark description you find the quote, that Cica provides for the visitor of “Timeless“. It is a quote from Walt Disney: “Laughter is timeless. Imagination has no age. And dreams are forever.“

Upon landing you’re requested to use shared environment, to enable advanced lighting and set shadows from sun and projectors.
I zoomed out to get an overview of the installation, but with Cica’s environment settings I couldn’t see much, hence I changed to “midday” for getting an overview.

“Timeless” is once again a place to wind down, to dream, to play and to let your mind wander. It is full of details and of places to sit and to dance – and it is hard to describe with words. I made quite a lot pictures instead.
The ground has a structure like an afghan carpet, the leaves of the trees are made of cloths. There’s furniture that looks like made of play dough and some oversized dishes and cakes. Roads and pathways connect places and buildings.

“Timeless” is inhabited by bunnies, elephants and birds in a human shape and as usual they are quite tall. You find them in different situations, eating icecream, holding balloons, flowers or umbrellas. The birds have oversized shoes. You can purchase the characters in Cica’s shop at “Timeless“.
I’m sure that I didn’t find out all the different opportunities to sit, play or enjoy. You have just to try out everything. I found some rocking chairs where you’re watched by oversized eyes. At other furniture the animation makes you an artist.

The birds have there own little house. Three birds guard the house, inside is a nest with 2 eggs and two pair of shoes for the chicks to step in – funny! One of the bunnies is playing basketball not far away.

There’s once again a Cicamobile that you can use to drive on the roads. Of course I tried that for the fun and to get a picture. I went into buildings, sat down at many different places, I danced, I sat down in one of the two swinging boats and watched the scenery below of me.
There’s one building that hides a little secret. I haven’t specified in on the orientation map, but look out for a two story tower. Inside you will find a present, a heart shaped balloon.

Cica takes us into a dream world where we can be kids again. We can feel the different perspective as furniture or even dishes can be big objects. We can dance, we can preforn artisitc acts or sit down and watch. We meet strange people like the birds in their oversized shoes. “Timeless” is like a big playground, a fantasy world, another place Cica designed so that we can leave the real world behind and escape into a happy dream.
And where is the cat? There is one of Cica’s cat and it is not hidden. Thank you Cica!

Diary 2022 (10) January 18th/19th Mistress’ surprise for me

Tuesday, January 18th, I was inworld in the later morning just to check messages. Mistress Jenny was inworld as well and she returned home to our skybox and picked me up there. She took me to club DeLust and enjoyed exposing her Ehesklavin … and I enjoyed to be her slave. We stayed not long, maybe 20 minutes, then Mistress had to leave to tend to her RL and I had to leave as well. But it was a nice bonus time.

The afternoon had a surprise on stock for me. I met with Mistress at home and greeted her with a subhug as I always do, well, almost always. Mistress didn’t request me to stand this time and it came to my mind that she’s shortening the leash once again. Mistress stripped and had me lick her getting my fix – to fall another little bit deeper into submission to her. But then she unlocked my nosering and had me store it away. I was confused and irritated as I had thought I’d wear it permanently. But not enough, she had me wear my domme tag and she replaced the slave collar with the sub collar. Mistress loves to play with my emotions, she keeps our SL varied and unpredictable for me. All I could say was thank you, Mistress.

We went to Puerto Esclava and talked quite a lot together while we were there. slave lily (Lily Bloodrose) joined us and decorated us well. We moved on and stayed a bit at club Domme a Domme, then it was about time for both of us to tend to our RL again.

Our night began with skipee again. Flo was inworld and we played two rounds, Flo won both. We went to Puerto Esclava and to club DeLust with Flo. Quite a contrast programm. When slave Holly came inworld, I summoned her to us. And when Flo left, slave sara (SarahJadie) came inworld and I summoned her to us. We spent the wholre rest of the night at club DeLust, chatting among us and watching people. At deLust there’s always quite some eye candy .. though I looked at us most of the time nonetheless.

Wednesday, January 19th, I met with Mistress Jenny in the afternoon for one hour. Alessi was at home and we took her with us to club Domme a Domme, where we caught up a bit with our news while looking at the silent crowd.

At night Mistress and I played a skipee with Flo first. While we played, slave Melissa, slave Holly and slave Alessi came inworld. we went to Carnal Intentions and filled the club. For a change we chatted in main with another guest about shaggin sheep in Wales (really). I think we will remember that night just by mentioning sheep *winks*.
We returned home to our sun terrace. slave sara (SarahJadie) joined us there when seh came inworld. Mistress asked all to make proposals how to furnish our roof terrace or what to add to our garden. After all the slaevs live here as well.
While we talked I had to pee and took slave Holly with me. We have no bathroom in the new house, but who cares. I took slave Sara with us she that she could watch.

Art in Scond Life 2022 (15) Inside Maloe’s Mind by Maloe Vansant

I got a hint from Violet Boa to visit “Inside Maloe’s Mind” by Maloe Vansant, an exhibition that opened Sunday, February 6th. I have written about Maloe’s art already before. The last time I came across her was in September 2021 when I visited her exhibition “Eternally” at DixMix Gallery (read here) that celebrated the tenth anniversary of Maloe Vansant and DixMix Source’s friendship. And DixMix is mentioned on exhibition poster for “Inside Maloes Mind” as he provided the music for the opening event.

“Inside Maloe’s mind” is showcased at “In my Mind project Gallery”, the gallery space of A. (Ava Darkheart). With the invitation I got a quote from Maloe: “The journey in my Second Life, brought by pictures of my past, pictures that are close to my heart…“

The exhibition space is in a sphere in the skies. The pictures are arranged on the inside of the sphere so you also have to look up to see them. All of them are a combination of texts and poems and the pictures itself. The text is faded in and out – hence you get something to begin with when you make up your own story to each picture. I just wonder, which was first, the picture or the text/poem?

Impressions of “Inside Maloe’s Mind” (1)

Maloe Vansant joined Second Life in 2007, a new world for her who had never played games or joined any social network site: “After creating little Maloe, my barbie doll, my pixel soul, I discovered the possibility of making snapshots and I started to make a graphic diary of Maloe’s journey in Second Life, showing the emotions she experienced in this pixel world. I think I succeeded in doing this by using some post processing in Photoshop. I am not a woman of many words, I try to express myself, my feelings, my passion and probably my dark side through my pictures.”
Maloe has also a flickr account where you can see more of her artwork.

The virtuality blog published an interview with Maloe Vansant by Violet Boa back in August 2021. Violet Boa wrote in the introducing text about Maloe:
“Maloe belongs to the group of people who are strongly guided by feelings and she is blessed with ability to touch our souls with her photography.
With skillful game between light, shadow, color and composition she creates works that appeal to us not only on the quality level, but also write stories of life and with it catch our thoughts and hearts.” This text also fits very well to the exhibited pictures at “Inside of Maloe’s Mind”

The “In my Mind project Gallery” is owned and curated by A. (Ava Darkheart). I met A. during my visit and she told me that her own art is exhibited on another level of her space. Hence I have something to add to my list.

Thank you A. for providing the space for the art, thank you Violet for the hint and thank you Maloe for another great exhibition, I enjoyed my visit. “Inside Maloe’s Mind” should stay open for visitors throughout February.

Diary 2022 (9) January 16th/17th Bondage night at Lochme

Sunday afternoon, January 16th, became very intense for me. I met with Mistress Jenny and after we had caught up with our mutal news, we went to heavy Bondage club first. While we were there, Mistress asked me to wear my gag and blindfold and she locked both. My vision was quite restricted. Then Mistres took me some place else. I first didn’t know where we were, but I could gather later that it was club DeLust. Mistress had left me leashed in a corner of the club, I had no names and I couldn’t see anybody. I don’t know for how long I knelt there quietly. I do know what it made to me, it made me long for Mistress Jenny. after a while, it might have been 20 or 30 minutes, Mistress anyked me to her chair and removed the gag and the blindfold. soon after she summoned slave Holly, who had come inworld, to us. We stayed a few more minutes at the club, then we returned home as Mistress had to leave.

I just had to recover a bit and took slave Holly with me to our sun terrace and sorted my thoughts. I tried out different chairs for visitors, I tlaked with Holly and I slowly came back to myself after the afternoon.

At night we had a skipee with Flo and slave Holly as teams. Mistress Jenny and Flo won it easily. Flo was absent and we went to Psi’s realm with slave Alessi, who had joined us and slave Holly. I mad slave Holly update her AnAVision HUD and tested it at Psi’s realm. There are some new masks in it. The fabric blindfold masks are quite harsh – more to tease our slave.

then we went to Carnal Intentions where Flo joined us again for a while, later when Flo had already left, Sara (SarahJadie) joined us there. We spent the rest of the night chatting among us wnad with others at the club. And before we left to bed, we had a few minutes at our sun terrace. The sun terrace might become our new central place at our home. It is just nice there.

Monday, January 17th, I was inworld early in the morning. Mistress Jenny was also inworld and visiting Kitty at the space station. It was about time that Kitty left the space station, in particular as the owner had vanished, her account being closed. Hence we went home – with Kitty. Mistress began setting up Kitty’s gear again, it was a whole mess! I watched a while but then had to tend to my RL. It was great seeing Kitty at home again and now she’s up to spread some mischief again *winks*. welcomd back home, Kitty.

In the afternoon I had one hour with Mistress Jenny. We just caught up wuth our mutual news and visited club DeLust and club Domme a Domme. There’s nothing more really to report from our time together, just that I enjoyed Mistress’ nearness as I always do.

At night we first played a skipee with Flo and Alessi. It was a very close game that Flo and I won by 1 (!) card. slave Holly joined us and spontaneously we went to Lochme. It was really full over there, but the naught slut platform still had room for more sluts and slaves to be exposed. I tied up slave Alessi, slave Holly and Flo and fought with the lag but I managed it well and I was satisfied with my work.

When I was done and wanted to enjoy the view, Mistress gagged and blindfolded me. She gets all the benefits *pouts*. I took some more great pictures and one became the Enjoying bondage picture for January 2022 “Maurer’s at Psi”.
Luckily I could take all the pictures I wanted as Lochme crashed – we must have been too hot for Lochme. It was a full crash and when we returned inworld we found ourselves back home and without any restraints.

We went to our sun terrace for the rest of the night. sara (SarahJadie) joined us there and she shouldn’t miss out the bondage. So I tied her up and leashed her to a chain. Sara was very horny and I was generous and allowed her s hort ride on a sybian – just not long enough to cum – then put her chastity belt back on *grins*-

Art in Second Life 2022 (14) life light by Milena Carbone

Just a week ago I visited Milena Carbone (mylena1992)’s remodeled and renamend gallery – The Carbone Studio (read here). In The Carbone Studio Milena has one exhibition hall that is dedicated to a monthy exhibition of her art. On February 2nd, “life light” by Milena Carbone was opened in this space.

“life light” consists of 9 pictures, all showing a female – Milena herself – with different backgrounds in different situations. All pictures are quite bright and minimalistic. So nothing does really distract the focus from Milena, her mood, her face, her body.

Milena wrote about her pictures showcasted in “life light“:
“Each of the paintings in this exhibition wishes to offer thanks for the privilege of being alive, for being separated from matter and light, generated by a cold and absolute dark womb.
We are the spectators of the inside of its sacrifice in countless elementary particles dancing a mysterious choreography with a secret melody. We are alive among life, pure beauty, sharp thoughts, fulfilling emotions, love.
We are the forever grateful gifts of nothingness. I remind myself of this every morning as I emerge from my night’s sleep. Every day is the best day of my life.“

There’s another text from Milena about Light and life that is on a board next to the entrance and shown in the picture above.
The 9 paintings do express exactly the feelings that Milena listed in her text: “being alive, pure beauty, sharp thoughts, fulfilling emotions, love”. I like them in their simplicity.

Milena Carbone (mylena1992) is a French artist and is in Second Life since mid 2019. She discovered its artistic potential and since then has devoted all her free time to creation, associating, as in real life, images and texts: “Milena Carbone is a fiction in which, as in any artistic work, biographical and imaginary elements are mixed.” Her creative process is iterative: some of her images inspire her stories and these stories modify the development of the image, which itself transforms the story.

Diary 2022 (8) January 14th/15th Party and (SL-)Family

Friday, January 15th, I was inworld after lunch and visited Grauland, my first simploring tour in 2022 (read here). I was still writing my report when Mistress Jenny came inworld. We went to Puerto Esclava, where I changed already into an outfit for our Friday night party later that day. Mistress Jenny and I had talked about a theme the day before and set it to: “It’s Friday again and it is party time. Tonight’s theme is something easy to ease us into 2022: Leather and/or lace. Of course we’re also happy if you come as you are (even naked). DJ Virgo is spinning the tunes for us”
Looking at Mistress that afternoon made me feel submissively and I asked her to take my leash and Mistress fulfilled my request. I enjoyed an hour at her feet, watching what was going on at Puerto Esclava (not much to be honest), but more looking at Mistress Jenny. When we returned home, Mistress allowed me to lick her and to get my fix – thank you Mistress, the weekend did start yummy for me *winks*

Saturday, January 15th, I was inworld in the later monring and did some simhopping before I had to leave to care about my RL. Actually I forgot to log out and when I returned I was still at Puerto Esclava and had a few IM of people who had left again already. I did a bit of shopping, then Mistress Jenny came inworld. We went to club Domme a Domme first, then Puerto Esclava and finally to club DeLust. I enjoyed kneeling next to Mistress’ feet and feeling her leash, we talked and looked around. At club DeLust Mistress asked me to put my gag and blindfold on and she locked both. She replaced my name with “Ehesklavin”, so when I answered in main chat I appeared as Ehesklavin.

Something was wrong though. The blindfold did not blind me, instead just all the environment farer away lost it’s colour and people turned grey. I told Mistress and showed her how it looked for me. Anway, an interesting new perspective. We wend to Carnal Intentions but teleporting didn’t change a thing. Finally Mistress removed the gag and the blindfold and I tried to find a reason. All I could find was that I as not able to set spheres. I relogged – et voila, I could set spheres again and it worked. But it was time for Mistress to tend to her RL, hence we returned to our skybox and Mistress logged off.

January 15th: Mistress Jenny and Ehesklavin Diomita at club Domme a Domme, Puerto Esclava, club DeLust and at Carnal Intentions

I stayed a bit longer, did some simhopping again and ended at club DeLust again. I met someone wh had teased me 3 years ago when I was leashed at the faled domme sign at club Domme a Domme. She remembered me and the teasing (we both had IM history to read, we don’t have brains like elephants *winks*). From there a nice and exciting roleplay developed and hence I stayed logner inworld than I had planned (no pictures though, at least for right now).

When I returned at night I noticed that I forgot to log out again. The second time that day! I had got quite some IMs asking me to move away – or complimenting me. Anyway, that rarely happens twice a day. Someone was even so nice and made a picture of idling me!
I returned home and soon after Mistress Jenny came inworld. We went seeing Flo at the skipee table and played a round with her while we caught up with our news. And I had a lot to tell to Mistress Jenny. After our game, that Mistress won easily this time, we went to club DeLust and were without Flo there who crashed while teleporting. slave Melissa came inworld and I summoned her to us as well as Alessi and soon after Sara jade (SarahJadie). I wanted to make use of slave Melissa’s AnAvision and noticed that she was wearing an old version. So I got a redelivery of the newest version for her – and noticed that my AnAVision HUD was outdated as well. Only Alessi had the current version. I was busy testing the new updated HUD’s and all had to add the keyholders again. Sometimes Sl and updating can become stressful. With Sara joining us, Mistress asked that we return home where we could talk in main chat. We went to our sun terrace and spent the rest of the night there.

Sara got a catsuit, something she doesn’t really like by the way and a chastity belt. And Mistress made corrections in her nosering. Angelique joined us and had a longer conversation with Mistress Jenny. I became a busy family night, updating, chatting, setting up, listening … and it was quite late when we called it a night.

Art in Second Life 2022 (13) Winter Snowflakes by Simulat Almendros

In December 2020 I visited “Spirals and Metaspirals – An exploration by Simulat Almendros” at Hannington Arts Foundation (HAF) (read here). This exhibition is still open for a visit – and it is worth it.
In March 2021 I visited again, this time my focus was on the expansion of the exhibtion “Virtual Tables by Simulat Almendros” (read here). The expansion was done by adding a second level above over one half of space. The next expansion that I saw in April 2021 was named “Lines of Force by Simulat Almendros” (read here). The base exhibition “Spirals and Metaspirals – An exploration” is still open. I have missed one or two iterations / additions. For example the “Virtual Tables” is now gone, but some of the tables are still exhibited. On January 31st, I visited again and saw the latest interation and addition named “Winter Snowflakes“.

“Winter Snowflakes” by Simulat Almendros”

Simulat wrote an accompanying text for this addition:
“I live in Vancouver and am a computer based artist. I have a technique that creates images that have many orders of symetry that are are very beautiful in a symetric way.
My sister lives outside Saint John in New Brunswick in a nice house with a big yard. Herds of deer wander through her yard and she fenced half of it off so she could grow a big garden. Last Summer she sent me pictures of the garden each morning and I would turn them into a snowflake. This show is a result of that collaboration.
Years ago I found out how to make images that have both horizontal and vertical symmetry. Later I discovered that if I took an equilateral triangle and centered it on an image like that I could copy that area into a new image as a layer. Duplicate that and rotate 60 degrees. Then you can move that layer so it lines up with the first one. Repeat 4 more times and I have made a hexagonal snowflake.
That snowflake is also symmetrical. It has two levels of symmetry – so I think of that as an order 2 symmetry. You can repeat that as many times as you want though it isn’t very interesting beyond order 4.
I can do the same with pentagons with 5 layers rotated by 72 degrees. In fact I can do it with any isosceles triangle whose apex angle devides into 360 degrees evenly.
When I first started making snowflakes I was interested in how they could make an interesting image out of anything. I thought I’d get bored. But I kept learning new things about them and now have a lot of creative control and keep finding new things to work with.
This Summer’s collaboration is a case in point. The combination of biological forms and colors and snowflakes is pretty fantastic.“

Simulat is in SL for mare than 15 years. He’s an artist and displays his work at HAF in Second Life. In the 1st life tab of his profile he describes himself with the tags: “Computer art, philosophizing Web, graphic arts programming, simulations“. Simulat picked his name because at the time he got his first internet account he was writing simulations of physics.

But there’s more then the many snowflakes. There’s still the basic exhibition “Spirals and Metaspirals” with all it’s additions and iterations. And Simulat explains the different techniques he used to create his mathematical graphic artwork. So there’s a lot to learn and you might be inspired to try yourself.

Mistress Jenny and I had an hour together inworld in the afternoon of Wednesday, January 12th. We met at our skybox and went to club DeLust to catch up with our mutual news. Just being with Mistress was very enjoyable. Mistress said that she liked my dress and to please her I asked to be leashed. We went to Heavy Bondage Club where Mistress fulfilled my request. We continued sim hopping and spent some time at Puerto Esclava, then moved on to club Domme Domme. There Mistress was fed up with standing around and chose to sit down in one of the chairs and she had her footstool with her (me). We had a relaxed night within the family. It started with a skipee together with Flo and as Angelique joined us we played another round as teams (Angelique and Flo won it against Mistress and me). We went to our new sun terrace and I tied up Alessi and Melissa at the chain there first, then we sat down and talked. Thursday, January 13th, I was inworld earlierin the afternoon and added our script to Sara (sarahJadie) cuffs, then I met with Mistress Jenny. We went to Puerto Esclava and club DeLust, we talked, read profiles and looked at outfits. I had been a not so good girl the day before and had tired to provoke Mistress by not adressing her properly and now I felt bad about it. Mistress punished me in her particular subtle way – in the end I just hurt myself with it. Good job, Diomita *sighs*. And it feels way better to address her appropriately. Anyway, we enjoyed our time together.

We had again a quiet night. First we played a skipee with Flo, then, after slave Holly had come inworld, we played another round as teams. Mistress Jenny and slave Holly won it against Flo and me. Angelique came by just when we had finished playing. We went to Carnal Intentions and stayed there a while.

After Flo had left to bed, slave Sara came inworld and I summoned her to us. Mistress and I cheked Sara’s cuffs and that we both have access.
As slave Holly won’t be inworld for the weekend, Mistress asked me to restrict her tightly before we went off. I did. slave holly sent me a snapshot of her view – she couldn’t chat anymore of course.

Art in Second Life 2022 (12) Infinite by Sophie de Saint Phalle

I got an invitation to visit “Infinite” by Sophie de Saint Phalle (perpetua1010), her newest exhibtion shwm at her own SUBCUTAN Art Gallery and Multimedia Center. The exhibition opened January 31st, I visited just before the offical opening.

“Infinite” is not at the main platform of the SUBCUTAN Art Gallery and Multimedia Center. If you happen to land there you need to take one ot the Teleport pads to get to the Desert Gallery, just 250m above. The setting of “Infinite” is quite impressive. It is an open arrangement of blocks and domes in different earth and sand colours, perfectly fitting to the desert around it.

In the center of the exhibtion is a sculpture named “Lespugue” by ЈίΡε (jipe.loon) and a few opportunities to sit and meet, not far away is the dj desk and the area for the opening event of “Infinite“.

The Desert Gallery extends in all four cardinal direction and each section has a seperate theme, two sections are in brown/bronze colour, two in sand/beige colours – and the exhibited art fits to these colours. Some sculptures are catching the visitor’s eye and attention, and they fit to Sophie’s main subjects and themes. “Faustino Bloom M” by Deo Faustino (deofaustino) shows a human who s drwn down by a big stone – a reminder of Sophie’s central theme “Escape”, the other named “Venus von Willendorf” by ЈίΡε (jipe.loon) stands for Sophie’s erotic art.

The brown/bronze sections show pictures most probably made of sand, terracotta, bones or ash that barely contrast with background, they show fossiles or are simply abstract.

The other brown/bronze section shows also a face (or what you see in it) and a full body. I like the view trough the central scuplture on the exhibition.

One of the beige/sand section has some ligther abstract pictures, in the other you see pictures like in the brown/bronze section, just contrasting to the background – and that makes a real difference!
I saw some of the pictures already before in Sophie de Saint Phalle’s exhibition Terra Australis in 2020 (read here). Sophie spent some time in Australia and she could watch the Aboriginals painting. The pictures were created at Sophie’s home though and not in Australia. As Sophie told me, they all are quite large in reality. The technique is also inspired by how the Aboriginals paint using sand, plaster, natural glue, pigments, terracotta, bones, pulverized charcoal and other natural colours. The motifs sprang from Sophie’s imagination, many of them remind me personally of fossils.

Sophie de Saint Phalle (perpetua1010) is a Austrian RL painter and book author. She mainly paints nude from models and abstract art. She loves to experiment with different kinds of paint and lithography. Her favourite materials are sand, plaster, glue, terracotta, stones, bones, ash, charcoal, natural pigments and more.
Sophie has made several book illustrations and was for many years political cartoonist for a well known satire magazine. She lived and worked in the United States, Australia, Rome and Monaco. Sophie de Saint Phalle (perpetua1010) has an own gallery, The “SUBCUTAN Art Gallery and Multimedia Centre”.

The Desert Gallery itself is very artful and offeres great views. I took quite some pictures – a perfect mixture of architecture, nature, art and fantasy.
