Simploring 2020 (76) Still Waters

Wednesday, Ocotber 21st, I saw several pictures of Still Waters on scoop.it SL Destinations. One entry led to a post from Maddy Gynoid “Simtipp: Still Waters (Herbst 2020)“. After reading it, I almost had to visit it as I like the colours of Autumn and I hadn’t yet visited a sim dedicated to the foliage this year. To say it right away, I was not disappointed at all

Still Waters is a moderate homestead, owned by Talia (Natalia Corvale), who also owns Broken, which I visited last year (read here)

Still Waters is a sim to enjoy the colours of Autumn. The island has the form of a hoof, the sim surround fits perfectly. The landing is on a pier right next to one of a few residential homes on the island. The house is fully furnished and the doors were open, hence I dared to have a look into it. The other houses are also furnished as far as I could see through the windows.

Next to the house is a meadow, blooming in yellow, where two horses are grazing. They can be ridden and I took one for a ride.

The views I got were just overwhelming, the windlight fits perfect and the leaves almost glow. Amazing. I came along a waterfall and stopped at a chariot used to showcase books. I hadn’t seen it in Second Life ever before.

I left the horse and continued on foot I walked up the hills. Above the waterfall is a great place for a break, lovely decorated for the season. Maddy had fun watching the fox there – and I also enjoyed that in particular besides the great view.

There are many more places to sit and enjoy the views. I took many pictures and enjoyed the Autumn, Still Waters is just beautiful and I’m really happy that I visited and had my Autumn trip. Hence, if you love the colours of Autumn, I strongly recommend to visit Still Waters.

Diary 2020 (151) October 30th – Our early Halloween party

Friday, October 30th, Mistress was not inworld during the day. I was inworld several times during the day. I met Angelique when I came online the first time, originally just to send out more reminders for our Halloween party at night. Later I went on a simploring tour and revisited Dagger Bay, the place around the Beguinage of Bruges, which exists in the real world (read here and here). I enjoyed the colours of Autumn there. In late afternoon I went visiting a gallery and after this visit I roamed around a bit hopping from club to club.

What really happens rarely in this day and age in Second Life, happened while I was at club Domme a Domme. I was attaked with a taser and kidnapped. My kidnapper was really familiar with the real restraint cuffs that I was wearing. She gave me no chance to escape, gagged me and brought me to her place where she fisxed me on a rack. I was absolutely helpless. She was together with her mate, I assume her slave. She began to picture her plans for me and it was very scary. She planned to cut off my arms and legs, to encase me in rubber and to use what was left for her amusement only. Luck for me, that she asked me in IM if that sort of sadistic rp was my cup of tea – and it was not. She has had her fun teasing me and I admit the kidnapping itself was really exciting.

October 30th: Diomita kidnapped

At night I first met with Angelique. She had already changed into the outfit for our Halloween party, the St. Trinian’s School reunion. Mistress had proposed that we all wear the outfit that we wore when we were three Angeliques. And Mistress had selected an extra straw head and a hockeystick to wear with it. I changed as well and I was about to take a picture of the two of us, when Mistress and slave Flo came inworld as well. I made a few pictures before we went to the school hall.

Our Halloween party was a big success. We really had fun. The set up that Mistress had created was perfect and our concerns that it might be too small for dancing were proven wrong. Our friends came in stunning outfits. Baroness Capelo in her big pirate disguise, Starbright Wingtips as a witch with a broomstick, Della with a fancy hairstyle and long nails, papafox57 a the death himself, Talosborn as a dark angel, Virgo our djy as a skeleton, Ebony as a strict teacher, slave Flo chose a traditional Halloween costume as well as Firefly Starlight and Linda Foxtrott (LindaleeFox).

We opened the contest for the best outfit after an hour. Lucy (MissLucyWales) and Ebony had donated some extra money so that we had 2,700 L$ at the board. After midnight we closed the contest. The przie was splitted according to the votes. Angelique won with 3 votes, we had several 2nd places and also some with one vote – but most of all we had fun!

Angelique made some pictures as well, very good pictures….

We danced until almost 1 AM. Argi joined us late, but she did :-). Mistress was very satisfied and she decided to reward me for my help and allower me to lick her before we went off to bed. Art in Second Life 2020 (73) Memories of a Foreign Reality

I visited Etamae and Imaginary Footprints (01Matthew10)’s exhibtion “Memories of a Foreign Reality” at the white pavillion at Itakos Project Art Gallery.

In the accompanying notecard the artists describe the background of this exhibtion:
“Memories of a foreign reality`s main thought is based on the struggles and feelings of disconnection of the individual.

Back in the 60`s and 70`s there was a need to raise this individualism as the holy grail. We evolved the individual to the highest goal, and now we see the result.
Millions of confused minds are searching for a hold. Entangled in political and economical strategies. The American dream, or the possibility of being a important person on the world wide web has given us a tenuous hold, a fragile rope that can easily be severed.
Populism, preachers, industry each have their play with us. We are living in interesting times of change.
The soul… a character in a context… equal to others… seem to be forgotten. but it is there… it suffers… and it tries to be seen.

“Memories of a Foreign Reality” by Etamae and Imaginary Footprints at Itakos Project Art Gallery (1)

The bringing together of two artists who not only admire each other as photographers but as people was a journey that culminated with Memories of a Foreign Reality.
Merging both photography and ideas resulted in some interesting work that evolved as it was passed back and forth until each was content with their own perception of each piece.“

The pictures are all in black and white. They consist of several layers, and some seem to be put together like puzzles. You recognize fragments and pieces in these pictures, often faces, sometimes there’s another photograph peeking through. Most of them convey fear and lonliness, at least for me. The soul is something we can’t grab, maybe the last secret of human beings, if the soul exists. As always everybody does see different things in pictures, everybody makes up different stories. As far as I understood the notecard, the pictures were exchanged between Etamae and Imaginary Footprints, they added and changed them individually until they both were content with the result, until both saw their message conveyed. In this sense the pictures are even more intriguing, there might be two souls, two messages fighting to inspire the spectator.
I like the complexity of these pictures and the many possible interpretations.

I have come across Etamae quite often this year already. Etamae is from the UK and began transforming her pictures from the things she has seen and loved in Second Life into something else, in digital art in 2018. Etamae is not defined by just one style or area of art, she plays with different patterns and tries herself out in a broader spectrum of art. And the exhibition at Itakos Project Art Gallery is no exception. Again she tried out something new.

I didn’t find out much about Imaginary Footprints (01Matthew10), who’s art I saw the first time. He’s in Second Life for almost 4 years and looking up his profile reveals just that he likes philosophical texts. He has a flickr page where you can see more of his pictures – unchanged and not processed by Etamae.

The Itakos Art Gallery is owned and curated by Akim Alonzo. Actually it is a place for arts with four pavillions on two floors and one sky platform. There’s also a website where new exhibtions are announced.

Diary 2020 (150) October 28th/29th In deep submission

I met with Mistress Jenny in the afternoon, Wednesday, October 28th. Angelique was at home and we first went seeing her. She was a good girl and was wearing the outfit of the night before. I had ordered Angelique to keep it on so that Mistress could see it. Mistress used the opportunity to tease Angelique a bit about it. Angelique still works as a maid in another household. It is a paid job, something rare in SL and she had to leave soon after to tend to it.

Mistress and I went to Heavy Bondage together and enjoying looking at the crowd, reading profiles and chatting amoung ourself. I was in a submissive mood, I guess I’m more or less always in a submissive mood when I am with Mistress. Mistress had suspended the rule that I have to offer her my leash first thing when we met, the night before. I did ask her nonetheless and she fulfilled my wish and leashed me, so that I could kneel at her side. Actually Mistress Jenny was happy and proud and so was I.

We moved to club Domme a Domme, then our time for the afternoon was up and we returned home. Mistress made me wear my elegance collar and the cuffs and leashed me at our skybox, ready for our return at night

At night Mistress Jenny rewarded me. She unleashed me and took off her skirt. Then I was allowed to lick her. Even if it is just pixel sex, there are emotions, lots of emotions and that makes it always intense and quite real for me. But still some times it is even more intense and this was one of these times.
After Mistress had a nice orgasm and after I had cleaned her and got my fix, Mistress allowed me to rub myself against her boot. I was torn between degradation and pure lust and I took it as what it was, a reward. Thank you Mistress, Jenny.

October 28th: Mistress Jenny and Ehesklavin Diomita at home

Angelique was present at home and just when we decided to play a skipee with her, slave Flo came inworld and thus we could play a game as teams – Mistress Jenny and slave Flo against Angelique and me. Flo had some good news and her worries got a bit less. We hope she’ll be back fully enjoying being our slave, very soon. slave Melissa cam inworld too and watched us playing. Mistress Jenny and slave Flo won the game.

We went to Mesmerize Dungeon for the rest of that night. I rezzed a sybian and forced slave Melissa on it. She was the star of the night there and attracted quite some attention riding the sybian, naked, with her restricted hood. You could hear the triggers of cameras, slave Melissa is on some pictures now, not just on my pictures. I continued playing with the HUD and slave Melissa sent me some of her impressions. She suffers for my and our satisfaction, good slave girl.

As often, time flies when you’re having fun. At flotime we returned home and we all went off to get some sleep.

Thursday, Ocotber 29th, Mistress Jenny wasn’t inworld during the day. I used my limited time in the afternoon for another gallery visit. My night began with playing greedy with Angelique and Flo. After one round, Mistress Jenny came inworld as well and we played skipee as teams. Mistress and I could catch up during the game.
After the game we went to Mesmerize Dungeon for the rest of the night. Mistress and I had a nice chat with one ot the guests. Nothing really happened that could be reported here. It was just a relaxed night.

Art in Second Life 2020 (72) Charly Keeley-Keating – Autumns Glow

I got an invitation to see “Autumns Glow” by Charly Keeley-Keating for Ocotber 24th. I love the colours of Autumn and the picture on the invitation was really stunning. I was prevented going there due to my RL activities, but I went on Tuesday, Ocotber 27th. “Autumns Glow” is showcased in the room “Amalfia” at Dixmix Gallery.

The exhibtion is not large, it consists of 10 pictures. The floor of the room is excellent decorated with objects fitting to the theme: leaves, mushrooms, logs, snags and rakes on brown tiles. The decoration was done by Megan Prumier.

The pictures are just beautiful, very colourful and expressive, almost too beautiful. But I have seen such scenes in the physical world. Charly has the talent to get the right light, angle and perspective to make her pictures. I assume that they are not very much processed. Excellent work!

I hadn’t come across anything from Charly Keeley-Keating (ladycharis) before. Charly is in Second Life for almost 10 years and it doesn’t surprise me anymore that her passion is photography in Second Life: “Life is full of every day stress, worries, and what if’s…and we all handle it differently…..For me its turning images from Second Life into Art I visualize in my mind. Oh and coffee and cookies!! Smiles… 🙂“

Charly has a flickr page and there I found a few words that describe her and her pictures almost perfectly: “Painter of thoughts, photographer of dreams…..”

Thank you Dixmix for providing and curating the DixMix Gallery, thank you Megan for building it and for contributing at it, and last but not least thank you Charly Keeley-Keating for your great pictures. I enjoyed my visit a lot.

I was traveling Saturday, October 24th, and hence not online during the day. But I could be inworld at night. Mistress Jenny, Angelique, slave Flo and slave Melissa were present and we first had a look at Mistress work. She had finalized the Halloween School room. Mistress has also drafted the invitation four our Halloween party:

“Hello everyone,
It is 54 years since the Great St Trinian’s Train Robbery. The fourth and Final year of our days at the school. We may have beaten the Robbers and won the day but since we graduated the school has fallen into dis-repair.
It is time for a St Trinian’s School reunion. The Hall may look a little neglected but we have cleared some space and got it ready for the Dance this Friday.
During the clear out we found some of the reward money stashed behind some bricks. So Diomita and I have decided to hold a contest for the best Halloween outfit.

We went to Mesmerize Dungeon afterwards. I had again fun playing with slave Melissa’s fetish hood and she provided another picture of her red vision. And as it was Mistress and my 12th wedding anniversary, we both enjoyed some time just for us in our lounger and dancing on the roof of our skyboc “Chez Maurer”

Sunday, October 25th, I was not inworld at all. I returned Monday night, October 26th, but I was way later as I had planned. Mistress was at Memserize Dungeon with slave Flo, who left to bed soon after my arrival. Mistress and I just visited Puerto Esclava for a shorter time, then we went to bed as well. I must have been tired from the journey as I forgot to take pictures.

When I came inworld Tuesday, October 27th, in the afternoon, Mistress Jenny was at home with Ebony and I joined them there. Lucy (MissLucyWales) joined us there soon after. 2 slaves, 4 boots … Mistress and I sat down and enjoyed watching Lucy and Ebony cleaning our boots. When our boots were shiny we took Lucy and Ebony with us to BDSM Lifestyle Swingers Club where we stayed with them for half an hour.

October 27th: Mistress Jenny and Diomita at home and at BDSM Lifestyle Swingers Club with Lucy (MissLucyWales) and Ebony / and alone at home

Mistress and I retreated to our loft skybox and enjoyed some intimate time. Mistress also gave me a bit more leeway lifting some of my rules, yet she didn’t change my collar. Hence I’m still wearing the Ehesklavin collar. It pleases Mistress Jenny and I like pleasing her – and I can’t change it anyway.

At night Mistress Jenny ran late due to her RL. I met Angelique and Flo at the Halloween school room. Angelique was dressed outstanding again, that night wearing a fetish diaper. After we had caught up a bit with our news, I took slave Flo and Angelique to BDSM Swingers Club. slave Flo enjoyed teasing Angelique a bit by trying to get the other guests to notice Angelique’s diapers. As so often, initiating some main chat failed. After Angelique had left for bed, I moved to Psi’s realm with slave Flo and later to Mesmerize Dungeon, where Mistress joined us.

October 27th: Diomita at home and at BDSM Lifestyle Swingers Club with Angelique and slave Flo, at Psi’s realm with slave Flo / Mistress Jenny and Diomita at Mesmerize Dungeon with slave Flo and at Puerto Esclava

And after flotime, Mistress Jenny and I spent a short time at Puerto Esclava before we went to bed ourselves. It was a nice and relaxed day, just what I needed after being busy in RL.

Art in Second Life 2020 (71) Bridge by Cica Ghost

Thursday night, November 5th, I got an invitation from Cica Ghost to visit her newest installation “Bridge“. I went there Friday, November 6th.

“It takes both sides to build a bridge” is the thought that Cica gives us on our way visiting. This time Cica’s installation has a clear message, that is also expressed in this thought. You can easily see this message when you stand on the landing point and zoom out.

Impressions of “Bridge by Cica Ghost” (1)

You see two Cica-ish villages. Both are built on high plateaus with steep slopes. These two villages look alike on a first view and in particlar looking at them from farer away. The villages are connected by a bridge. In the valley between the two villages lives a huge dragon who looks down at the two village. Beside the two village and the dragon there’s a languet with a single tree.

I went exploring the first village and form some elements that made me smile as they are so “Cica-ish”, the girl with the cat drawn at one wall, or the car drawn on another wall. Flowers and flowerbeds decorate the courts, there’re opportunities to sit and watch.

I went over the bridge and visited the other village, that looked alike in the first view. But the houses have more and bigger windows. There are 3 cars, Cica mobiles, that you can either use on the installation or purchase for your own plot. I tried driving one but it is very difficult in the narrow roads. You find some of Cica’s cats strolling around the village, hence I didn’t have to search “the one” cat. For me it seems as if the inhabitants of the second village a slightly more wealthy and live a little bit different.

Both hills, both villages, have an access to the valley. Form the first village there’s one not that steep way down, from the second village there’s a stair leading down. I went down to the valley and found not only the dragon down there (or more it’s feet). There’re also two sheeps, a black and a white one – another strong symbol. Far outside on the languet with a single tree you can sit on a swing and overlook the scene. But sitting there outside you’re quite alone and if the dragon would be dangerous ….. no way to get to the villages.

“It takes both sides to build a bridge“, a bridge to connect people. Particular in this day and age where not only in the US the division of the society progresses more and more, it needs a bridge to reconnect people and to overcome the division.

I enjoyed my visit to Bridges by Cica Ghost and despite the serious message of this installation I had fun seeing the world with kids eyes and looking at the “Cica-ish” objects, houses, flowers, graffiti and animals. Thank you Cica!

Diary 2020 (148) October 22nd/23rd Preparing our Halloween party

Thursday, October 22nd, I met with Mistress Jenny in the afternoon. She wanted to work at the Halloween party setting right away and asked me to rezz a dance floor down there. That was easier said than done. Lucy (MissLucyWales) was present and Mistress kept her tied up most of the time while she was decorating. I rezzed a platform in the skies and tried to modify the dance floor by removing elements of it. I had to be careful in order that the spotlights, beams and running lights kept working. Finally I moved the stripped down dancefloor into our former dungeon and it didn’t fit completely in, but well enough. I also rezzed a contest board.
Mistress Jenny kept on decorating and I removed the furniture from the other dungeon in order to gain free prims. Mistress will continue decorating over the weekend.

October 22nd: Our Halloween School party room / Mistress Jenny and Diomita at BDSM Lifestyle Swingers Club

We went to BDSM Lifestyle Swingers Club with Lucy for a few minutes and when Lucy left, I took her place at Mistress feet. Then we returned home and to our RL.

At night we first played a skipee with slave Flo after we caught up with her. Her RL worries are still very present although there’s some light at the end of the tunnel. The game was awful for me first as I simply had to watch more or less but it the end it became a bit closer which is more fun. Lucy had joined us and was watching Flo winning the game. And Argi came by too when we were almost done.
After the game we spent quite some time just standing close by the game tables and talking. Well, Argi sat on the gras most of the time. Then we decided to move to Mesmerize Dungeon where we had some eye candy while we continued talking.

October 22nd: Mistress Jenny and Diomita at home and at Mesmerize Dungeon with Argi, slave Flo and Lucy (MissLucyWales)

At flotime we returned home. We had some difficulties returning, first Mistress Jenny crashed on teleporting, then I crashed as well.
Mistress and I spent some time with Lady C before we called it a night.

Friday, October 23rd, I was prevented coming inworld during the day. I just went online in the afternoon to give Mistress a hug. She was busy further decorating the “school room” for our upcoming Halloween party.
At night we had a theme fitting to the weekend: “The clocks go back this weekend so we will all go back in time – wear something from the past or come as you are”. It turned out to be a really great Firday night party. We had quite many guests and a lot of fun. As always, it was a perfect start into our weekend.

On Tuesday, October 13th, I visited “Hexagonia – A Virtual Cyber-Paradise” by Asmita Duranjaya at Hannington Arts Foundation (HAF).

Writing about “Hexagonia – A Virtual Cyber-Paradise” by Asmita Duranjaya” was made easy for me as there’s a text about the artist and a text about the installation on the great board at the entrance.

My Cyber-Paradise is a place for de-celeration, Absolute relaxation and enjoyment of colours, shapes and sounds. Basic shape is the hexagon due to the host place Hannington Endowment for The arts (Remark: nowadys Hanningtion Arts Foundation), which is itself a hexagonian gallery. The hexagon and the hexagonian fractals, the colours teal and violet are typical expressive tools in cyber art.
The conceptiual idea is a paradise in the future, where all religions and cultures are equally respected. Symbos for this background are the bridges with a quote from the basic scriptures of six different religions – whether humans will still exist or not is an open question.
The paradisiac environment is enlivened by two cyber bots and some animals, partly with animesh function, which I am not able to creat myself due to missing hard- and software – so I am giving my credits to EliteDesign, Shephard and Lance.

I tried all recommended windlight settings and to be honest on my hardware it made no big difference which one I used. I had a relaxed visit and enjoyed the views, I flew with the insect and I had a few minutes of meditation. You can really immerse yourself into another (better?) world.

I never came across Asmita Duranjaya before – and I’m in Second Life for more than 12 years and spend quite a lot of time inworld. This virtual world is really large and steadily changing, so there’s something new to discover every day.

Hannington Arts Foundation (HAF), the former HEA Gallery is owned by Hannington Xeltentat and was built by Tansee, who also curates the foundation. Thank you Hannington for providing the space and thank you Tansee for enabling Amita Duranjaya’s installation. I enjoyed my visit.

Diary 2020 (147) October 20th/21st – A new hood for slave Melissa

When Mistress Jenny and I came inworld in the afternoon of Tuesday, October 20th, Lucy (misslucywales) was at home. Mistress told me that Lucy was cleaning our house – good girl. Mistress and I went to Heavy Bondage Club and began catching up with our news, when Mistress got an IM from Lucy, who has entered the cage at our houme and was trapped there for 30 minutes. Lucy asked to be rescued. Mistress sent me back home to pick her up. When I arrived, Lucy wasn’t alone anymore. Silver (Silvernero46) was with her. We hadn’t seen anything of Silver for quite a while. The last time we saw her was in early May. I went to Lucy and reproached her for entering the cage. There’s a sign “Caution – think twice before entering” and it is there for a reason. Well Lucy must have thought twice and entered nonetheless. I reached her cuffs into the cage, ordered her to put them on and then I took Lucy and Silver to Heavy Bondage Club where we joined Mistress again.
Silver told us that she had found a mistress and wife and she seemed to be very happy. Lucy admitted that she was excited by kneeling to Mistress and me being cuffed and helpless. We had a realxed time talking with the two. When Lucy had left to tend to her RL, I asked Mistress for allowance to lick her. After three days I was almost desperate to get my fix. Mistress granted it under the condition that I take Lucy’s place at her feet. Of course I did.

We said good bye to Silver wishing her luck and of course we invited her to our Friday night party, be it alone or with her partner. Back home I was allowed to lick Mistress and to get my fix. Thank you, Mistress Jenny.

Our night started with a skipee with slave Flo and slave Melissa again. slave Melissa get familiar with the rules and sonn we can play teams with her. After the game I unlocked slave Melissa’s hood and replaced it with a “heavy fetish hood” from DHB. DHB make nice lookinng fetish gear yet their menus are really a pain. It took slave Meli and me about 15 minutes to get me in as owner and to lock it appropriately. We went to Mesmerize Dungeon with the slaves and Mistress and I could tell that Flo will soon ask to get into this hood as well *winks*.
When slave Flo left to bed, Mistress and I went to BDSM Lifestyle Swingers club. It was full there and I couldn’t tp slave Melissa in for a few minutes.

Finally I could teleport slave Melissa to us. I began playing with the complex menu of her hood. It will take time to learn how to use the different options and to understand what they do. But I have time, it is jsut slave Melissa who will suffer. I think I made already some progress finding out how to set sound on and off so that we can decide about that. And I found out how to restrict viewing for slave Melissa.
We met Ann at the club and chatted with her and had fun. We stayed more than half an hour at the club before it really was time for us to go to bed ourself.

Wednesday, October 21st, Mistress Jenny and I spent a relaxed hour together at Heavy Bondage Club and at Puerto Esclava. We chatted and enjoyed the eye candy around us. Before we had to tend to our RL again, we returned home and Mistress outlined her plans for our Halloween party to me. She had in mind to celebrate in our dungeon, making a school room out of it. We went there and moved the furniture to see if there’s enough space. Mistress would have liked to decorate the place right away, she wanted to see if it fits, but she had to leave to tend to her RL (and I had to leave as well).

When I came inworld at night quite early, Mistress was already in our dungeon again and “working”. She had collected 12 pictures fitting to the theme “Halloween at school” and asked me to rezz 12 picture displays and to hang these pictures at the wall in addition to your bondage pictures. slave Flo came by and watched me working. When the pictures were hanging we finished for that day and had a skippe with slave Flo. It was a real quick one and done in less than 30 minutes. Mistress Jenny won it easily.

Penny (pennyf23) came by. We had met her a few days before at Psi’s realm where Mistress motivated her to play with my cuffs. Penny had been to our island exploring it a few times since the day we had met her. She’s quite a newbie and Mistress Jenny helped her wearing an armbinder and explaining the maitreya HUD and other essentials.
We all went to Mesmerize Dungeon next where Radomir (subRadomir) joined us and knelt by our feet. There was not much going on first at Mesmerize Dungeon and hence we had to entertain ourselves – and we did. Just when Argi arrived, slave Flo wanted to leave early as she had to get up early the next day. We returned home with slave Flo and Argi and Flo got her hug from Argi before she left.

Mistress, Argi and I stayed at home in front of our house and chatted. It was nice to catch up with Argi. It was almost midnight when Argi left. Mistress Jenny and I stayed inworld a bit longer and met with Lady C, the one I reported about in the last diary entry. So far I don’t want to reveal more here.
