Wednesday night, January 25th, was really relaxing, just right as I was not feeling really well RL. When I came online just slave Flo was present. She was cleaning the house and the Shangri-La. I took slave Flo to the house and we had a nice chat taking advantage of the opportunity being just among us.

Then we went to Mesmerize Dungeon to watch people a little bit. slave Flo made an interesting proposal about how to further decorate our club. She proposed to add some living statues and to charge for it. She’s right, there’re some subs out there who would even pay for the opportunity to stay locked and restricted as a decoration. We need to think about that. We went on to Lochme and had fun just listening to main chat and slave Flo spotted some victims for her proposal.

Then Mistress Jenny came online just when it was about time for slave Flo to go to bed. Mistress and I went to Domme a Domme and to club DeLust, we caught up about RL and SL. This quiet night was just right for me.

Fetisch Club Chez Maurer

Mistress Jenny and I love to chill out in a club. Most of them are quite quiet as many people chat privately in IM, just sometimes there’s public chat. That’s no complain as we also often stay in IM and just listen to main chat or read profiles. We found some really nice places by reading profiles as well as we made friends. One of our favourite clubs is the club DeLust. It is a small fetish club and a fetish dresscode is demanded for entering. The club has atmosphere, a special light, many little details to discover and in particular it attracts kinky audience. But unfortunately with more people you also get more lag (again, that’s no complain).

When I refurbished our island to remove the big rock our underground maze of rooms got even larger. And now Linden Lab provides more prims for our plot. Why not build a cosy fetish room for us and for our friends? Once the idea was born we began to collect ideas. Some ideas for sure were inspired by club DeLust like the size and the layout but overall what we build is our cosy fetish room with a focus on our likes and desires.

We’re not done yet with building and adding details but we’re getting closer and will begin using our room. We called it Fetisch Club Chez Maurer (FCCM). “Chez Maurer” is the name of our private skybox where Mistress Jenny and I retreat to every day, the idea for this name came from Jenny … long, long ago. Chez is French and means “at”. The German word “fetisch” is quite similar to the English word “fetish” and the Englisch word “club” is similar to the German word “Klub”. So FCCM is a nice mix between English and German with a litte bit of French. We think, that’s fitting :-).

We look forward adding more and more details to Fetisch Club Chez Maurer to make it ours, to breath life into it. We might have an opening event some day soon, just watch out.

Simploring 2017 (5) Follow your Bliss

As I’m away for a few days of vacation I prepared just a few blog entries in advance. On Thursday, January 12th, I found time for some simploring. I did some revisits for places I’ve been before and that still exist. One downside of Second Life is, that you never know how long a sim will stay or if your visit is the last. I went to “Follow a Bliss“, which I visited Easter 2016 the first time (see here).

Follow your bliss (FYB) consists of several small islands, mostly connected by bridges and pathways, there’re a lot of lovely soots to sit and cuddle and you can really relax there. Sushi (ElizabethNantes), the owner of FYB put it in these words “A place to relax, dream, breathe….”. There’s not much I could add. I roamed over the Islands and tried out some spots to cuddle.

I recommend that you try to take a boat and explore FYB also from the waterside. It provides another perspective and is fun. The house, you can see in the first picture is private, I assume that it is Sushi’s home – so please respect that. I enjoyed again my visit and will come back for a cuddle with Jenny some time soon, I hope.

I began to build the Maurer’s slave and slut platform end of 2016 and we did make some use of it in January. We intend to make the platform and the new “Stonehaven”-like patio with the wall to leash subs and slave’s to to a second center of our island. We’re not done yet. In spring it won’t be that open anymore when the gardeners will have done their job. I’m curios myself how it will look after finishing the building work. In the meanwhile, the platform has been used and I took quite some pictures. Unfortunately you rarely get all slaves and subs online at a time, hence I had to create something out of the material I collected. Sunday night, January 15th, we went again a bit window shopping for our extention plans or just to see what’s new. Mistress Jenny and I took slave Flo with us to Bondage & Storage Project where we visited the marketplace and the roleplay rooms below of it and just we got some more ideas. Overall, we know now what we’re looking for but it will take some more time to get all realized and we’re not in a hurry. We had in mind to take slave Flo and slave cecy for a round of horse riding but plans changed as we made a stop over at Mermerize Dungeon and not besides slave cecy also slave puppy Adarra showed up – and our princess Argi. Argi had fun teasing the slaves and it was entertaining. Time flew by and soon we had to leave for bed. The horse riding had to be postponed.

Monday night, January 16th, I had on mind to do the horse riding and I rezzed the two “horses” in our dungeon. But unfortunately Mistress Jenny couldn’t make it online and we had to postpone the horse riding once again. But I had a relaxing time with slave Flo and slave cecy nonetheless…

Later I went with slave cecy to the Heavy Bondage Club. The crowd there is quite different sometimes and it was that night. A tall (maybe 2,70m), abnormal muscular woman attracted a lot of attention and even sussceeded to cause public chat, quite unusual for HBC. That everyone can live out their fantasies is really an upside of Second Life, you don’t need to share every kink though – and that appearance was at least not my cup of tea.

Saturday, January 14th, I went simploring. I followed a landmark that I found in someone’s profile and it turns out to be a real nice simploring tour. I went to The Yorkshire Dales. The LM description says about it: “The Yorkshire Dales are situated in the historic county of Yorkshire, UK. This beautiful rural countryside has been recreated for SL and is ideal for photos, time out and romance. Get a feel for Yorkshire heritage and enjoy the simple life.”
Upon your arrival you’ll get a notecard that introduces you to the creator, PinkRayne, her background growing up in UK and spending many hours with her family in the Yorkshire Dales, and in particular in Malhamdale. She brought some of it’s beauty to Second Life. “Malhamdale consists of a tiny village and vast amounts of stunning countryside including a cove, tarn and various waterfalls. I decided to build Malham village and Malham Cove for this project, the most dramatic features to be seen in Malham. The tiny, rustic village consists of little more than 2 pubs, a tearoom and a newsagents, and opposite this quaint little corner of the Dales is Malham Cove. Malham Cove is a dramatic, curved limestone formation. It was formed at the end of the ice age, 12,000 years ago, by a waterfall carrying meltwater.” (quote taken from the introductional notecard by PinkRayne).

The Yorkshire Dales in SL is a small piece of rural UK, just a few houses, a cafe, a wind mill, agriculture, grazing horses, a high plateau with a waterfall and many places to sit be it to inhale the landscape, to dream or to cuddle. For couples there’s also a gazebo to dance. And that’s it what I did, I walked around looked for spots to take pictures, and I also just sat and gazed into the nature.

Simploring 2017 (2) – ragVR

I picked a recommendation of Inara Pey again reading her post “ragVR: imagination and expression in Second Life“. ragVR is the portfolio sim of RAG (rag.randt), in RL the artist Richard A. Goldberg, an illustrator/Designer looking at SL as a source of inspiration and new experiences. He creates virtual objects and environments. ragVR was created to showcase a wide variety of things such as gachas, graphics, buildings, and vehicles.

You arrive just next to an airplane that is parked at the end of a runway, just before a steep cliff. If go go upstairs you see two kiosks. These kiosks deliver pertinent information about things in proximity to the kiosk. There’s an art deco elevator door and when you click the elevator buttom the elevator will come. There is no elevator panel, instead there’s an operator who will take you to the main level of ragVR. Walk through the main building to gain more information on RAG’s past, present and future.

The showroom you reach with the elevator contains RAG’s earliest work for SL, beginning with 2D illustrations up to creating a LEA sim in 2011 “Am I dreaming”. From the showroom a path leads out to the sim where you can see other examples of RAG’s work, like the flying pigs or the snowmen (both created for MadPea). RAG also contributed to a fundraise event of Feed-A-Smile (FAS) (a charitable organization for the children of Africa) with creating a stage/sim setting that you can see on your way through the sim. At the highest point there’s an observatory giving you a view at the zodiac signs. Outstanding is also the Ice Cream Alien, a submission of RAG to a creative challenge. If you click on the bottom of the cone a ladder slides out and you can enter and discover the inside.

Once you finished your round through the sim you’ll come back the showroom. But there’s more to see. On the ground level (where you arrived, you can also follow the runaway and furtheron a path that leads you around the sim. Here RAG plays with textures and light and you can get some extraordinairy pictures and views.

ragVR is for sure a great example of the possibilites of Second Life which still continue to facinate me, although I’m just a resident and my building knowledge is limited. According to Inara you can can contact RAG about projects and ideas and to discuss rates via IM, notecard or through e-mail (rag@ragmedia.com).
Thank you RAG for providing the ragVR to the public, although it is not fully completed yet – which is a good reason to return soon :-).

slave cecy

Those reading this blog or knowing and meeting us inworld know also our slave cecy (cecyme at deviant art, see here). She’s close to steadily “melting”, being wet and horny. And she also can’t resist to be humiliated as it excites her even more. Having that in mind, Mistress Jenny did extend slave cecy’s SL a bit to RL as I wrote in yesterday’s entry.
An extension from SL to RL and vice versa can be done in different ways and all of them are used in SL by many people, some are at least scary for my taste and not my cup of tea at all – and not a subject I write about here in this blog but to keep in privacy. Mistress Jenny teased slave cecy giving her RL orders what to do while being online in full mutual consent. I won’t go into details here but one detail I’ll reveal is that slave cecy has a collar in RL.
On Friday night, January 13th, we had our regular party. It was great as always by the way, you should come and attend it. slave cecy was melting and drippin’ wet (just the way she is *winks*) and I felt forced to put “caution wet” boards out in order that none complains about slipping.

slave cecy got an assigment by Mistress Jenny on Thursday, January 12th. She had to take a picture of her collar and provide it to us. And she did provide it Friday night. Good slave girl! Now her 1st life section in her profile is finally filled, showing the picture below.

slave cecy submission to us and her devotion is particular and she was eager to get this picture published in this blog to prove it, that’s why I publish it here. It’s in her public profile anyway. Thank you, slave cecy. So far we rarely touched this area of play in this blog and we do not intend starting that now. As opposed to we will only write about this kind of extending SL to RL on rare occasiona like the one with slave cecy Friday night.

I noticed that the “About” page of this blog hasn’t been really changed ever. But of course there have been some changes throughout the years in our Second Life as documented in this blog. Today I updated the about page so that it covers a little bit better what this blog is about.

You might have noticed that number the Diary-entries per year now and that I also number the simploring tours. That makes it easier for me (maybe also you) to find these posts when reading back.

Yhorm – a fantasy world

On Friday, December 30th, 2016, I went simploring again. Inara Pey’s article “Yhorm: a stunning new role-play location in Second Life” inspired me to visit Yhorm. Yhorm is a fantasy role play world and another stunning example of the possibilites of Second Life and of the creativity of it’s residents. Yharm was build by Stark Osterham and his Second Life partner, Cailin Beorn.
I’m not at all a fan of fantasy and have little to no knowledge about it, I don’t know anything about the Lord of Rings or Tolkien, but the pictures and the very detailed description of Yharm in Inara Pey’s blog post inspired me to take a look at Yharm, which will be opened for roleplay Mid of January 2017.

You arrive at a landing skybox where you can learn about the roles and the concept of the fantasy world. Instead of trying to understand the fantasy I just copied the explanations to provide them here.

But how the heck do I get from the landing sky box to Yharm? I found no teleport pad and every try to reach the ground failed and brought me back to skybox. Finally another visitor helped me and later also Cailin told me. You need to click on the location lists of the maps in the skybox and grant the expierence request – et voila!

Yharm has two parts a huge city that raises into the sky with the Dark Chapel at its top. From there you can walk down through narrow passages, stairs and walkways. Inside it is a medieval world but the enormous extension into the sky is not medieval, it’s fantasy. I roamed a bit through the city and was overwhelmed by the impressions I got. A really very impressive building work that provides lots a opportunities to take pictures.

Yharm’s second part is Nurem Cavern. You can travel to it from the landing sky box. Another way to get there is to find the big huge court in the city with a deep hole at the center. If you dare to walk down you will reach Nurem Cavern. The Cavern looks like ruins of another big city, maybe a sunken former world. These two world connected build the setting for the fantasy roleplay.

I hope that Yhorm attracts a lot of roleplayers as I can see the effort and the passion that went into this sim. And there’s also a website that will support the play, see here.
And for all who don’t roleplay – just look at Yhorm, it is amazing!
