Another simploring post. Friday, Feb 12th, I visited BarDeco. I came across it once again by following Inara Pey’s blog “Visiting The Village in Second Life“. She herself was referring to another blog where BarDeco is described: Pearl Grey’s “Million Happy Endings ~ a sometimes intrepid exploration of a virtual world“. Pearl Grey (aka. riverpearl) simply titeled her post “BarDeco_ Secret Garden” and she saw it in winter.  The owner of BarDeco, Dandy Warhlol (terry.fotherington), himself wrote about BarDeco “a small village on the water where you can stroll beside the sea in a Zen atmosphere and relaxed – a drink and listen to the music of the best DJs in SL at Bardeco“.

When you arrive at BarDeco you seem to be in the middle of nowhere. Some derailed freight waggons, fog, a muddy road …. nothing for my heels. Good that we’re in Second Life where your shoes don’t get dirty! Following the road your first thought is that you’re in a ghost town where the nature has reconquered the land. But there are lights and when you take a closer look you see a chapel with light in it and you see that people are living here – at least in some houses. The chimney of one house is smoking, the illuminated advertising of a night club is still working, only the Motel seems really really abandoned.

And there is BarDeco itself. You can see that it is still alive. And according to one visitor who I met there there are a regular music events (according to the owner the best DJ’s in SL). I sat down and had a coffee before I continued my discovery at the waterfront. Here you can find really nice places to sit. Just imagine the sun would shine. The whole atmosphere of BarDeco is quite dense, somehow sad and suppressive and the foggy windlight setting (don’t change that) adds to it. But when the sun came out I could get a first impression how nice BarDeco could be.

I walked along the old industry site where it is dirty and a bit scary until I reached the chapel again, where I ended my visit. This sim once again proves what is possible in SL and how creative People are. Thank you Dandy Warhlol for providing BarDeco for us!

After two more quiet nights last night was quite busy due to several activities. slave Flo wrote a fantasy last year which is still in this blog as a drafted post ready to be published. So far we had no pictures to illustrate it. slave Flo wrote already sequels to the fantasy. Right before she began writing, she asked us if we mind to appear in her story, of course we didn’t. In the sequels other persons appear and we proposed to add more of the family members to appear in the story. What was still missing were pictures to illustrate the story. That said, we began taking pictures last night, so that now we have at least one picture per sequel. That took quite some time and was fun in addition. So now, slave Flo’s newest story will be published here very soon.

As mentioned already yesterday we intend to get our slaves in a new outfit. We selected to dress them as nuns, or more precisely, chastitied latex nuns. slave Nina got her outfit the  night before and if you follow her dA site you might have seen it already. Yesterday we put slave Flo and sklavin Gebby in their new outfits. Honestly we don’t know yet how to go on with our celibated latex slave nuns but i’m pretty sure that we can come up with some kinky ideas for them.

It was a busy night and we enjoyed it to the fullest. Last night ended with a visit from slave Dana, who was sold on New Year’s Eve. We’re committed to take her back if she doesn’t fit to her new owner and right now the probability is not low that she will return under our wings soon again. In the meanwhile slave Dana is allowed to enjoy some freedom for a change. While she was with us we also had slave cecy with us. slave cecy is so far the last living latex doll standing *winks* and she’s an outstanding colourful object for every picture.

Yesterday I visited “High Water“. Again a sim that I found following Inara Pey’s Living in a Modemworld blog “High Water in Second Life“

High water is more or less a flooded flat sim with scattered trees, grass islands, flowers, some animals, horses … and the clouds are rushing by on the skies. I didn’t change the windlight setting for my visit and just took it as it was set. It takes some time to discover the hidden places to sit and relax. My first impression was that there’s nothing to see, but there is enough to discover.

Then I found a horse to ride and to stay dry, but honestly that was really not the right outfit for riding a horse, hence I changed.

It is way more convenient to visit by riding a horse and it was fun to gallop and to hear the noise of the hooves. As Inara wrote, beside this noise you won’t hear much (if you don’t turn music on, what I forgot when i visited). Nonetheless the atmosphere is somehow very calming and its a place to wind down and to enjoy. The sim was created by Morton Funk (mortonfunk). I searched to find some words from him about his creation, but all I found is this snippet about High Water in his profile: “never underestimate creative people and the depths that they will go”
I think my pictures tell a lot about High Water and you should also read what Inara wrote about High Water.

At Lochme and Miss Nico’s

Last night was comparably quiet, a typical Saturday night. In the afternoon Jenny gave me the choice who of us would be in charge this night. I decided to be at Mistress’ feet and thus I was wearing cuffs. slave Nina was our only slave online. As Mistress Jenny demanded some time with me alone we had to find a nice place to store slave Nina. We first went to Lochme and found a really fitting place for our living latex doll, a leash post with a board “DOLL”.

Enhancing the living latex doll outfit

Following a spontaneous idea I took slave Nina to Eclectic Randomness store inworld and got a single latex hair tail for her, that can be coloured in 2 colours. I was very happy with the result. The living latex doll outfit consists now of a Zentai Latex catsuit and a MCorset (both sold by Lali’s Shiny Nylon), *KaS* – Ballet boots, a *KaS* – chastity belt (or T&T belt in latex), the pacifier gag from MoDesign and the above single Latex ponytail. slave Nina made a picture of herself with the new addition that is originally posted on her dA page. And last night we also got the latex ponytial for slave Flo. The other living latex dolls will sure follow getting the latex ponytail.

Just a short post about last night. With Jenny not around, I went shopping a bit to get my wardrobe filled with clothes for my new maitreya mesh body. Then slave Flo and slave L showed up and I took them to Ropers playground, where we met slave cecy (cecysumi). After a little conversation with the crowd there about limits of slaves and about isolaton, I began playing with the slaves but slave L had to leave due to RL. A visit to "The Keys" (1)

A visit to “The Keys” (1)

Last night I visited “The Keys”. It has been a while that I was exploring SL’s lovely sims and I followed a recommendation of Inara again (Discovering The Keys in Second Life). The name suggests a visit to Florida, but luckily I didn’t see any alligators.  I just walked along the coast which offers very nice views. There are resident homes just by the water which have a nice view on the water and the beach offers many places to sit and look at the sea or to cuddle. As I began my exploring suddently a man showed up talking as Mr. Selfie:
“I’m definitely posting this!”
“Bloody hell, NO! The battery is empty!”
“Damn, I’m looking good!”
“Were you going to say something?”
“Hold on! Let me take a selfie!”
I turned around and saw him. Actually you can only hear and see him if you’re close. Really funny! I had to take a picture with him.

Then I continued discovering the Island, took a picture here and a picture there, just enjoying the landscape and the beach feeling and a bit of warmth and summer. I personally did not like the sounds. You can hear the sounds of a roundabout as well as wind chimes and other undefined sounds. Here are some impressions on my visit:

I was still at “The Keys” as slave Flo and Jenny came online. “The Keys” is an adult sim, so I could teleport slave Flo in although she’s still a living latex doll with a pacifier gag. Honestly, I don’t understand why the sim is adult, but for me it’s definitively an upside.

Inara summarizes in her more detailed description: “The Keys, while Adult rated, has been created with one thing in mind: photography. But whether you’re into SL photography, or simply enjoy exploring stunning regions, this is a place which should not be missed off any itinerary.” I fully agree to that.
