I noticed that the “About” page of this blog hasn’t been really changed ever. But of course there have been some changes throughout the years in our Second Life as documented in this blog. Today I updated the about page so that it covers a little bit better what this blog is about.
You might have noticed that number the Diary-entries per year now and that I also number the simploring tours. That makes it easier for me (maybe also you) to find these posts when reading back.

Monday night, January 2nd, was quite varied and unexpected. I wrote often already that you can’t really plan anything in Second Life at least not when you run a family in SL and have many different relations and activities as we do. When I came online Madame Sarah was at our new patio and had vero in an isolation suit leashed to the wall. It didn’t take long and our slaves Flo and cecy were both leashed next to vero at the wall – an unplanned premiere. Sarah and I were pleased with the view and we exchanged about the various settings of the isolation suit.

Sarah and vero had to leave and just moments later Mistress Jenny logged in, so I went to our skybox where we caught up with our news. Then we went to the wall again and Danii showed up. She’s still wearing her isolation suit and quite restricted inside. We took slave cecy, slave Flo and Danii to Mesmerize Dungeon to bring some colour to the place. We had fun teasing slave cecy about her RL orgasm and gave her some instructions and we did that in public. I’m pretty sure that slave cecy will remind this night for quite a time. And slave Flo knelt in silence and for sure enjoyed her restraints and restrictions. In the meanwhile we also chatted a bit with Danii, who we hadn’t seen for quite a while. She ran out of energy, indicated by blinking yellow like a trafic light, and had to leave again.

Then our puppy slave Adarra showed up, another colourful addition to MD. In total we spent about an hour at MD but the time really flew by quickly and it was already time to bring slave Flo home to tuck her in.

And back home? After slave Flo left and slave cecy was leashed at home (so that she’s still able to do the cleaning), Kitty showed up. Although it was late, Mistress Jenny wanted to take the opportunity for a full set of colourful slaves and subs and hence we got another January outfit this time for our Kitty. We selected it in white for the catsuit and green for the boots, corset and hood. Kitty got a pussy muzzle hood – just a perfect fit, isn’t it? Setting Kitty up took a while but for sure was worth the effort. As it is stay gray and cold outside according to the season what can be better than adding some colour?!

In 2016 I began to blog almost daily and this way added 338(!) new posts bringing the total archive of this blog to 731 posts. I uploaded 1,115 pictures, more than 3 per day. We had more than 27,600 clicks this year, almost doubled from 2015, where we had 14,000 clicks. That’s on average more than 75 clicks per day. The blog attracted 5,700 visitors, an increase of 30% compared to 2015. Most clicks came from Mexcio (6,197) – in 2015 Mexico had 641 clicks, hard to believe. For sure the reason for this is our slave cecy and her friends. The US follows with 5,467 clicks, then Germany with 3,564 clicks, Switzerland (1,745), the Netherlands (1,442), Finland (1,350) and the UK with 1,312 clicks. The statistics show that in total people vom 92 countries visited our blog. Many thanks to all friends, readers and followers.
Most found our blog coming from search engines (4,250) and from deviantart.com (2,500), where I also publish my pictures (Diomita Maurer at deviantart). Not only the new blog entries attract readers, there’re also some “evergreens”.

This blog contains a lot of memories for us and for the people close to us. It started as a little diary to keep up with all the things happening around us in Second Life and has grown with time. I have fun writing but blogging daily is a real challenge and it’s my intention to continue, if I find the time for it. Considering how much of our free time in real life we spend in this virtual world it makes sense to keep memories like you do in real life. The memories are real and stay vivid and present this way. That we attract readers who follow our ways in SL makes me happy and encourages me.

I often realize that Second Life is just a mirror of real life even when it comes to fetishes and kinks. We do have already quite some different fetishes and kinks in our family and I do not need to list them here as you read about them often enough (including my own). Of course Mistress Jenny and I do not practice or like all of the different flavours on offer – and occasionally we find some of them just funny. I secretly watched a scene and it just made me laugh and I couldn’t resist to take picture ….

We often visit clubs where people just stand around or parade themselves. When we’re not busy chatting or catching up with latest news, be it RL or SL, we like to read profiles. Sometimes it is really funny, other times it is worth a second thought. We found this text in a profile while standing at the Heavy Bondage Club, October 8th. The text is intended to chase seeking subs off. It is funny on one side but also worth a second thought for many subs:
“You are a sub or slave looking for a new addition to your domme stable ? Already owned, free to play, Mistress or Master have not been on for a while etc. ? Good luck on your search.”

Sadly this text is quite hitting the nail’s head, particular at a place like HBC. I don’t mind playing with owned or unowned subs, as long as I get my fun. But there’re way too many subs who just collect dommes, who seek being collared and then leave at the very first opportunity. By the way, the same is true for many dommes, who only play when they can take ownership or who collect subs and then don’t care about them. I know that the begin of a D/s releation is always the most exciting part, but that should not be a reason to reduce a D/s relation just to the beginning. Enough ranted :-). I got this offline Sunday, November 27th, from our slave maid Flo:

As she could not remove the applied toys she followed her task and polished the mittens – and even those slipped easy over her hands. slave Flo is in fetish heaven!“

Angelique didn’t hold back and added some spanks and admonished slave Flo to listen better and to obey (geez – she really inherited some genes *winks*).

I’m back home as Mistress Jenny already announced. Thank you for writing in our blog again, my love! During my vacations I only visited inworld for short times that were mostly filled witch catching up. While I was online September 20th Mistress took me to club DeLust where I took the picture below.

Upon my return Mistress Jenny had a present for me, a corset to wear above a full latex catsuit. She herself has the same corset. And we both have the Latex catsuits from Marine Kelley, which I can only recommend for Maitreya meshbodies. I think that we both look great in these corsets and catsuits. Mistress wears the black opaque version and I wear the sheer version. Hence it is quite obvious who is in control (despite the cuffs that I wear) *winks.

Thursday night Mistress had some RL obligations and I had time chat and catch up with Angelique, slave cecy and Arka. Arka is back from a longer absence of SL and we might see a bit more of her again. Angelique explained her newly improved wardobe to me. She did an awesome job on it and made it useable via RLV. I always shyed back doing that with my (way too large) wardrobe. Well done, Angelique!

I have been busy with work over the past few days while Diomita has been on vacation.
I have to admit I have become lazy allowing Diomita to post our diary as she is doing such a wonderful job of it. However Diomita’s vacation has come to an end and she is homeward bound.
I can say that in many ways as I do have a few things to unlock when she gets on SL next. Also since she could not be with us I took the Adarra, Cecy, Angel and Poison on a family outing tonight. We went to a club called DeLust which is fast becoming a favourite of ours. It is relaxing, friendly and there is a lot of shiny latex there. The people that attend the club are a mixture of old and new and there is no drama.
So tonight I had Cecy and Adarra dance on a bench for everyone while Poison knelt on a pedestal next to me. Angel logged in and very quickly changed into a shiny latex catsuit. ( I may have had something to do with that). Angel has spent many hours working on her Wardrobe system filing all of her outfits so that they can be forced on her (with the right RP of course). The result is impressive and a testament to all the work she put into filing and arranging all of her outfits.
