A visit to “The Keys”

A visit to "The Keys" (1)

A visit to “The Keys” (1)

Last night I visited “The Keys”. It has been a while that I was exploring SL’s lovely sims and I followed a recommendation of Inara again (Discovering The Keys in Second Life). The name suggests a visit to Florida, but luckily I didn’t see any alligators.  I just walked along the coast which offers very nice views. There are resident homes just by the water which have a nice view on the water and the beach offers many places to sit and look at the sea or to cuddle. As I began my exploring suddently a man showed up talking as Mr. Selfie:
“I’m definitely posting this!”
“Bloody hell, NO! The battery is empty!”
“Damn, I’m looking good!”
“Were you going to say something?”
“Hold on! Let me take a selfie!”
I turned around and saw him. Actually you can only hear and see him if you’re close. Really funny! I had to take a picture with him.

Then I continued discovering the Island, took a picture here and a picture there, just enjoying the landscape and the beach feeling and a bit of warmth and summer. I personally did not like the sounds. You can hear the sounds of a roundabout as well as wind chimes and other undefined sounds. Here are some impressions on my visit:

I was still at “The Keys” as slave Flo and Jenny came online. “The Keys” is an adult sim, so I could teleport slave Flo in although she’s still a living latex doll with a pacifier gag. Honestly, I don’t understand why the sim is adult, but for me it’s definitively an upside.

When you just walk along the shoreline you’ll get back to where you started. Thus I took Jenny and slave Flo to Mr. Selfie and we took a picture of us with him.

Inara summarizes in her more detailed description: “The Keys, while Adult rated, has been created with one thing in mind: photography. But whether you’re into SL photography, or simply enjoy exploring stunning regions, this is a place which should not be missed off any itinerary.” I fully agree to that.

A night out having fun and exploring Ariadne Mountain

Diomita at The Secret House with Poison Fishnet

Diomita at The Secret House with Poison Fishnet

It was one of these nights “between the years”: I had quite some time online and got a new black catsuit that looks really great (when advanced lighting is switched on). In the afternoon Jenny and I were teasing slave L a bit … later I went to The Secret House and watched the standing crowd reading profiles. Poison Fishnet, a sub we know for a while know, approached me. She was overwhelmed by the look of my new catsuit and I allowed her to kneel next to me. I continued reading profiles and reading Ana’s (anarya.vhargon) profile I found something that caught my attention. It was about a sim, that I didn’t know so far:
Ariadne Mountain.

The colourful designed caves at Ariadne Mountain (1)

“I’m co-owner and decorator of Ariadne mountain. A place to make the most romantic pictures around SL with fixed sunset, a place to explore 15 caves, all different themed, explore the beach with jumping Dolphins and cuddle places. Don’t forget to explore the top of the mountain with some hidden spots. Keywords for Ariadne mountain are, romance, dancing, photography, exploring, nude [no sex], cuddle, RP, relaxing, hangout. At some spots there are teleporters , you must try the option Universe, you won’t regret it 🙂 You can IM me for a private tour.”
(Quote from Ana’s (anarya.chargon) profile pick)

As none of our family was around, I decided to take Poison with me simploring and to find out about this sim. We arrived at a landing area, which is quite unspectacular and disappointing. It is small …. just trees around, nothing to see. But there was a teleporter…. there we go. I decided to start with the gallery.

Diomita with Poison at the gallery of Aridne Mountain

The gallery was worth a visit, nice pictures… we found the exit and began exploring through a system of tunnels. The tunnels itself are decorated in different styles, some skeletons laying in the corners, sometimes eyes follow your way, sometimes large mushrooms that glow in all colours and guide the way. We reached a first cave. WoW! Colourful does desribe it best. Just lovely!
We found a way out and reached the beach where we met Ana, who allowed us to explore and discover everything. She was a bit concerned about the leash which I hold as the sim is “moderate”, but we were both not naked and the leash was just in order not to loose Poison while simploring *winks*.

Anyway, we contiued touring the sim and visited a lot of caves, each one different, some even under water. There’s also a winter cave and a winter skybox. And there are lots of places to stop, to sit and cuddle and to enjoy. And for someone who likes taking pictures ….
To sum it up: Ariadne Mountain is a place to visit and to enjoy: Thank you, Ana!

We returned to The Secret House and I unleashed Poison. She was a good girl and a good company for simploring and hopefully enjoyed the tour as much as I did. In the meanwhile Jenny was online and also skalvin Gebby came on …. and there was still slave L who needed to  continue her time serving us being locked up.
We took both to Mistress Wiltrud’s Holiday house, a landmark we acquired in the afternoon. After some searching we found the dungeon and we had our fun. We exposed slave L suspended and helpless and we ourselfs had a nice time cuddling.

Unfortunately Jenny had to leave and thus slave L got a nice spanking and I could blow off a bit.
A normal night in SL .. no. But not that extraordinary. It just depends what you make from it.

Season Greetings & Merry Christmas 2015

The season was busy as every year. Now it is time to relax and enjoy, first in RL but when there’s a bit of time also in SL. This year we don’t have any snow in Central Europe. So it was and is a particular fun to enjoy winter in Second Life. It brings us into the right mood, while we have spring temperatures outside.
We put the the slaves Flo, Gebby and Nina and our Kitty into nice christmas outfits. Kitty made the Galadhon White Christmas tour on her own, but she enjoyed it.
On December 22nd, we visted Puerto Esclava, which has been redesigned. We sat on the court and had a nice chat while the slaves just enjoyed our presence and follwed the talk silently.

Yesterday we went to Linden’s Winter Wonderland. It was very enjoyable. We, Jenny, slave Flo and I, started with the Ferris wheel where we got a nice view over the whole area.

We also tried the zip wire and we tried snowboarding and snowmobile. Well it was more a beer barrel with horns, but worked fine. The ride down the winter track is pure fun, if you don’t begin to fly over the fences due to lag, what I did several times. Nonetheless, real fun!

White Christmas in Second Life

20151220 Galadhon Christmas_013It’s the season again. In the real world we rarely get white christmas, and at least in Europe we know by now that we won’t get snow for christmas in 2015. But in Second Life we can get the snow and white christmas. It is a particular regularly fun to enjoy the season in Second Life. Everyone decorates houses and sims, we can powder our virtual world with snow and make large ice areas for skating. And it is not the first time that we visited Calas Galadhon Park to enjoy the season. In fact this has become a regular event for us and it is getting even better every year. When you arrive at White Christmas you’ll be immediately in winter wonderworld. Just follow the path from the landing area and you’ll reach the place where you can take a sleigh tour through the sim. There’re sleighs for 4 persons and for 2 persons (the cuddling tour). Jenny and I visited together with slave Flo, hence we took the 4 persons sleigh. The tour is simply wonderful. There’s a lot to discover, everything is elaborated very detailled.

Calas Galadhon White Christmas 2015 – the sleigh tour (2)

The sleigh tour ends at the christmas pavillion, where you’re dropped off. In front of the pavillion is a large ice skating area and it was quite busy when we visited. There’re a lot of spots to sit and watch and to discover more details, like the sleeping bear. At this time sklavin Gebby came online. We bought her a christmas dress and continued with the balloon ride, which is the second main part of this year’s installation. The starting of the balloon ride is close to the christmas pavillion, just follow the signs.

The balloon provides space for 4 persons, so just perfect for us. You can select among several poses and thus Jenny and I had a lot of cuddling time. The views over winterland and to the mountains are breathtaking, just fantastic and I couldn’t stop from taking pictures.  In total I took 66 pictures and now I do have the hard work of selecting the best.

While the balloon rises higher and higher the views become spectacular. You’ll fly above the clouds and if you’re lucky you might get a glimpse on Santa and his rendeers. We were lucky and saw him 🙂

Finally we reached Santa’s workshop. This part of Calas Galadhon White Christmas 2015 is again wonderful. When you approach the village you can watch aurora borealis and get great pictures. Here’s just one:

Our tour ended with a visit at Santa’s workshop. You should plan at least one hour for your visit of White Christmas, but there’s enough to see and do for a whole night. There’s also a description in Inara Pey’s Living in a Modemworld blog “A Calas White Christmas in Second Life“. Please find the link also below. Thank you, Ty Tenk and Truck Meredith, owners of Calas Galadhon Park sims for their great work and for providing this beautiful sim to all of us! We enjoyed our visit a lot.

Dear Diary

20151108 Mistress Jenny back in control_001Again something for the diary. For those who haven’t noticed yet in the pictures of the previous posts Mistress Jenny is back in control since November, 8th, and she fitted the thick leather collar around my neck, nothing changed for our subs and slaves though.
I leashed slave Dana (dana.drezelan) at Gwen’s storage for a whole week so that she can readjust to her enslaved life. I can report it was the right thing to do. She is very obedient and willingly again. Mistress Jenny and I plan to transform her into a cow again – and might expose her to the public a bit more after the transformation is completed.  As mentioned before slave Dana is on sale for the best offer (not the highest bid necessarily).

You might have noticed in the picture above that the house is spotless clean. While slave Flo had a week off to recover from some RL issues the house got more and more dirty. We decided to instruct slave Nina so that she can clean the house if and when slave Flo isn’t availabe.  So slave Nina got a maid outfit and the according cleaning gear and cleaned the house. Well done, slave Nina. Those who follow this blog and my deviant art (dA) account know that slave Nina has also a dA account (link is in the other links section), you will find more pictures of the slave maid Nina there.

Last Friday Mistress Jenny and I had an enjoyable time with a friend, who’s name I won’t reveal here (at least not now). We had a little bondage session with her and I’m going to publish some of the pictures taken in the next enjoying bondage entry. Here’s just a little teaser. After this session we took the bondage model to the cage club for winding down a bit.

Last Sunday, Nov 15th, I had another simploring tour, visiting “It’s a New Dawn“. I’ve visited Silvermoon Fairey’s different sims already before. Search for the tag “Dawn of Radiance” or have a look at this older Dear diary entry (https://themaurers.wordpress.com/2014/08/08/dear-diary-7/). The new homestead is called “It’s a New Dawn” and does reveal memories and deja vue’s.  It’s rural, the colours of Autum are lovely.

I explored and discovered the whole sim and took a bunch of pictures. There are uncountable great views and the selected windlight setting adds to the calming effect of this silent island. The animals graze peacefully all over the island’s meadows, benches and loungers on porches invite to sit down and to take a rest. Or you take a walk along the beach. I myself enjoyed my visit. Thank you Silvermoon! There’s again a more detailled description in Inara Pey’s blog “It’s a New Dawn in Second Life“.

Aspen Fell Endless

20151112 Aspen Fell Endless_002Last Thursday I had time for another simploring night: Aspen Fell Endless.
Of course I got the recommendation from Inara Pey’s Living in a Modemworld blog again. The sim is decribed in her post named “Endless beauty in Second Life“, a title that attracted my attention immediately. As always you’ll find her detailled description there.
You enter the sim through a skybox where arrows lead you to the teleport pad to go to the island itself. At the landing point is a big clock and the name of the sim is written on the water surface. Because of this first impression I thought that I’m in a surrealistic sim. But it isn’t surrealistic. It is different and there’s no general theme. There’s a bit of everything.
Shortly after I began exploring slave Flo came online. She got granted a week off because of her recovery from an RL issue and decides what to wear herself for a limited time only and isn’t forced to kneel. Then a few moments later also sklavin Gebby logged on. I decided to do the simploring tour together with the slaves. That was a variation for me.

Diomita exploring Aspen Fell Endless together with slave Flo and Sklavin Gebby

Diomita exploring Aspen Fell Endless together with slave Flo and sklavin Gebby

As I mentioned before Aspen Fell Endless has a bit of everything. Close to the landing is an old freight car and a railroad track that is out of order already for a long time. Next to it is a modern modular couch. Following the railrod tracks and beyond them you get to a lighthouse that doesn’t really fit into the scenery in my personal opinion – but you have a great view from the top.
More inside of the island are big rocks and a high waterfall – but no river. From the top of the rocks you have again a nice view on the island and there’re enough possibilites ot sit and cuddle.

You can also walk over old wooden planks through marsh districts and have a view on the sea. Or you can play the piano that is somwhere in the middle of the island. I took a lot of pictures particular as I explored together with slave Flo and sklavin Gebby. Thus the pictures are not only capturing the landscape and highlights of Aspen Fell Endless but are spiced up with the slaves. I hope you get an impression of Aspen Fell Endless.

Aspen fell Endless is for sure worth a visit. It combines some surrealistic elements with rural landscapes as well as with maritime settings. Exploring it made me a bit melancholic though and I missed a clear focus. But that is maybe also what makes the sim interesting and different.
Enjoy your visit!

Saint Pete City

A visit to Saint Pete City (1)

A visit to Saint Pete City (1)

This week I found time to do a bit of simploring again. I went to Saint Pete City. Of course I was following a recommendation by Inara Pey again. There’s a quite detailled description of Saint Pete City in her “Living in a Modemworld” blog. Her report is titeled “The streets of Saint Pete’s in Second Life“. Inara describes Saint Pete City -as the name suggests, as an urban environment with a strong Dutch influence in terms of architecture and feel. Well, if you count the bicycles, you must feel like being in the Netherlands. But the architecture isn’t Dutch in my humble opinion, although I can’t really localize it either.

The creator Neva Xenga (neva.crystall) wrote about Saint Pete City “When u need the  wonders, noises and sweet delights of a magical city burried in stories and treasures waiting to be found, open the gates of St. Pete, i put my heart into it..”

A visit to Saint Pete City (1)

A visit to Saint Pete City (5)

What really adds to the “Saint Pete City feeling” is the sound, a mixture of  the sound of the sea rushing, the cries of seagulls and mayn people talking. I roamed a bit around and noticed that whatever street you take, it leads you back to the main street, but you don’t get the feeling that the city ends. The courts and streets are so nicely planned that it feels a lot larger than it is. There are a some active shops and art galleries and some nice places to sit down and relax. Of course I took a lot of pictures and will only publish a few of them here.

During my visit I got a call from Nina, who needed shortly my help and I went to the beach to teleport her in as it is a moderate sim. But it was too tempting not to take another shot.

Diomita and slave Nina at the beach of Saint Pete City

Finally before I ended my visit, I looked up the creator’s profile and found that she is also the creator of Baby’s Ear, a sim that I visited in July
(https://themaurers.wordpress.com/2015/07/14/babys-ear/). So I went there to finish my simploring.
And whenever you may need the music within the sea, the light from an old lighthouse, the joy of picking up apples in the back yard of a home, far from home, welcome to Baby’s Ear.. a place to get lost in.” (Quote taken from Neva’s Profile pick)

I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers (III)

Discovering the foliage in KiLu (1)

This year I seem to get a lot of “October” fun. Yes, I’m really glad to live in a world where there are Ocotbers. And fortunately I do get the according landmarks where to look for the foliage. Inara published another blog entry about sim to enjoy Ocotber feelings: KiLu. If you want to read a detailed description, I recommend that you read her text, which is titeled “Escaping October’s darkness in Second Life“.

I’ll keep it short and will just quote what the owners, Salty Kimchi (Kimbra Iridescent) and Luis Lockjaw, wrote about their sim: “KiLu sim is the perfect dream escape brought to reality in Second Life. Come explore the pathways and enjoy the photogenic scenery and views. Autumn foliage decorates the sim and you’ll never know what picturesque hidden treasures you’ll discover

Warm Springs in October

Warm Springs in October

Did I mention that I love the foliage in autumn? I certainly did!
This time Inara’s blog brought me to Warm Springs, designed by Irina Forwzy.
“Welcome to the Town of Warm Springs, with a population still countable in two hands! A town filled with nooks and crannies and tranquil spots for you to converse, or dance and entertain your friend with fun music.  You can simply just stroll the town and take pictures while admiring the scenic view of the beach or the olden and ancient oaks and banyans.  Or simply relax, and fall asleep to the sound of the sea and the cries of mockingbirds in the far wind. You may never even wish to leave this small town. Watch the seasons change and the grass slowly die as the trees slowly shift from their lively green selves to their reds and autumn hues.  Or the snow slowly drizzle on the grounds as winter comes to pass.
The sim is mostly a recreational, photogenic sim for those that just want to relax and admire nature and decorations.”
(Quotation from Inina Forwzy’s notecard about Warm Springs).

Warm Springs in October:

Warm Springs in October: I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Ocotbers!

Sounds like a sim for me. And it is. The colours a beautiful and there’re many spots to sit, relax and dream. I simply enjoyed it. I played a bit with the light effects that the firestorm viewer offers with the phototools (alt-p). Ok, the Picture above looks a bit kitschy, but the colours are as intensive as in this picture. While I was exploring, Vero, Sarah’s sub, came online and I took her over to enjoy with me.

The Scary Season

Each Season has it’s own attractions. This time of the year is not only the year’s last loveliest smile, it’s also preparing for Halloween. And Halloween is something particular in Second Life. Almost every sim is decorated for Halloween, pumpkins and other decorations are set out. And whole sims are created just for this time of the year.
For me Inara’s blog seems to be an endless source of exploring proposals. This time it brought me to Ironwood Hills. You can read her description of Ironwood Hills in the Living in a modemworld blog, her post is titeled “Amidst the Ironwood Hills in Second Life.

Ironwood Hills (1)

Ironwood Hills (1)

Although not designed exclusively for Halloween, it’s the right time to visit Ironwood Hills. I strongly recommend that you follow the instructions that you’ll get when entering the sim. Turn “Advance Lighting” on (in Firestorm hit alt-p and check the first checkbox in the Light tab). You will also get a flashlight offered when you enter the sim. Wear it! WOW … it’s foggy, steam rises from the gullies and the flashlight beam adds to the overall scary scenery. Unfortunately my graphic card came to it’s limits when I also turned avatar shadows on in the phototools (alt-p, 2nd tab). But I managed to take at least some pictures before crashing.

I went to Ironwood Hills several times, the first time together with sklavin, slave Flo and slave Ashley. In one part it is heavily raining and there are the rests of a parish fair with a carrousel and a big weel. It is raining cats and dogs and so heavy that you literally walk through a sea. And the flashlight makes the scenery sort of unreal.

Ironwood Hills (2) – with slavin, slave Flo and slave Ashley

My second visit was with Jenny and slave Flo and we had a real good time there and took lots of pictures. When you explore Ironwood Hills, be aware that sometimes you’ll see girl in a skirt full of blood stains sometimes and all of a sudden, scary! And this girl will appear not only once, she is really haunting you wherever you go.
